They were very efficient and very hard working. They did move some things to extraordinarily strange locations; they left a tower fan on a chair, moved books into an entirely different room under a shelf. But all cleaners do that, and even though I tidied before they came; I have a looooot of crap so I don't fault them too much. The owner was extremely communicative and really wanted to please. The ladies were 100% focused on their work. And they used some sort of wonderful smelling cleaner that smells like sage (truly like sage, not like chemicals lol.). My house feels lighter and brighter. I'm very satisfied!
