I wasn't going to write a review but the more I think about it, I don't think it was a job well done. I was thankful that Lilian was able to provide service on Sunday, which is when they're usually closed. But I ended up having to reclean 75% of what was done so it feels like it wasn't worth the money or time waiting around. The floor was still dirty so it wasn't cleaned well. After the cleaners left, I busted out some new slippers and the bottom of them turned dirty. When I decided to steam mop afterwards, I had to change out the pads a few times as it turned dark from not being cleaned. I also noticed the large sliding glass doors leading to the backyard had streaks. There was a window that got missed above the sink and so it was cleaned haphazardly at the end. When they left I noticed there was streaks on the window. I had asked for a door to be wiped cause it was visibly dirty and one of the cleaners proceed to wipe it. Then she asked me if it was okay. I said okay bc I had given up at that point as I saw she just moved the dirt around and didn't clean it at all :'). read more

Booked Lilian's team for a move out cleaning. Unfortunately, it was not as thoroughly cleaned as I had hoped. Espresso grinds still present in drawer, cabinets not wiped properly, and stove top looking the same as I had left it to the cleaning crew. I was in a crunch time and had let the team know to give me a heads up as they are wrapping up and I would like to see the place before they leave. However, because english is not their first language, it was hard to communicate my intent. Lilian had offered to have her team come back, but unfortunately I did not have the time to fit this hassle in with my schedule. Lilian's service is good value if you need okay cleaning done. I have a good size mancave High ceiling and 3 windows including French door windows 3 doors and a big job. Lillian sent 3 ladies and they were there almost 2 and a half hours and all three did an amazing job and even got some of the smoke stains off of the ceiling. I hired Lilian's House Cleaning team for a move-out clean in my apartment on short notice (literally needed them the next day) and I was so grateful that Lilian was able to accommodate. Her team was a group of 3 ladies who were very efficient at cleaning up my place. Unfortunately my apartment was not completely empty when I called them, so they had to work around me and my elderly mother packing up but they were patient with us and even helped shuffle belongings (no furniture) around so they could still clean the spaces said belongings were occupying. In terms of negatives, they did not clean window jambs and they don't use a traditional mop to clean the floor. They still cleaned the windows themselves and windowsill but I had my windows open and so it's not like my windows jambs weren't obvious - but I acknowledge I missed this myself when I looked around before they left. They still cleaned the floor too but it was like a swiffer mop situation and I believe they only did one pass so later on when I was cleaning up some water on the floor the paper towel still came back up dirty. Despite this I would hire them again! They finished on time and the estimated price was what I paid (not including tip). read more
