Exceptional service from a knowledgeable and personable professional. I called Jesse in the morning and he arrived at my home at noon. He detected that the drive belt for my garage door had a section where the teeth had stripped off of the belt. In order to replace the belt, Jesse had to partially drop the motor from the ceiling so that he could access the drive sprocket for the belt. In addition, the new belt had to be slightly modified in order for it to fit properly. He also lubricated critical friction points of the door. Once all was completed, the door operated perfectly. It took 2 hours to complete the work and during that time Jesse also freely gave me advise on the operation and maintenance of the garage door. He was honest in his assessment of the garage door components and only addressed items that required attention. The door and motor are 24 years old and I would not hesitate using Jesse's services again. He is definitely on my short list of excellent businesses that I have dealt with over the years. read more

I had a great experience with this company when our garage door got stuck in the open position. I had to use the manual lease in order to close the door. Out of the three inquiries that yelp sent out for me for garage door repair, this was the only company that offered help via text and over the phone before their service call. Their suggestions were helpful and did get the door partially working again. But a module still needed replacement. They arrived on time for their service call and were professional and competent in his repair. He taught me several things about garage door maintenance that I will use. He also did a general inspection and tightened up loose mountains along the backside of the door and lubricated the tracks and chain system.
