Jesse is a good honest person. After z20 years my door went out and Jesse came and found out what exactly was wrong. I needed a new motor and Jesse installed a new motor along with sensors, two remotes, garage button and programmed all of my vehicles home link switches to operate the door also. He also installed the app on my phone so I can know if I left the garage open after I leave home. The app can also close it remotely via WiFi link. Jesse came by and pointed out the defaults in the garage door. My spring which was installed 2015 about 11 years ago seemed small for the size of my garage door. He states the lifespan for the springs are around 10 years considering u maintain with lube every 6 months or so. Jesse adjusted my wire which also came loose and the panel of the path of the roller. I had a great experience with this company when our garage door got stuck in the open position. I had to use the manual lease in order to close the door. Out of the three inquiries that yelp sent out for me for garage door repair, this was the only company that offered help via text and over the phone before their service call. Their suggestions were helpful and did get the door partially working again. But a module still needed replacement. They arrived on time for their service call and were professional and competent in his repair. He taught me several things about garage door maintenance that I will use. He also did a general inspection and tightened up loose mountains along the backside of the door and lubricated the tracks and chain system. He also helped a better secure the mounting of the motor to the ceiling which had worked its way loose . I thought the amount charge was reasonable and of high-quality work.
