I got to try their food when I was attending a catholic conference with my family. Our tickets came with a free food stub for Yoshinoya. I really couldn't say no to something free, not to mention food (Don't jude me haha.)
A year later, I found their restaurant in Megamall. I was alone and had time to kill because I was waiting for someone so I decided to pass the time by eating. Yes, I really don't like waiting and usually I just kill time by eating or looking for a place to hang out.
Anyway, I decided to order their Gyudon Beef Bowl because it was around P120. I liked it. It was a bowl with rice and beef strips. The rice was mixed or cooked with a certain sauce that gave it a mild sweet taste while the beef was seasoned lightly, had onions, and was topped with what looked like chili powder.
Yup, I enjoyed my meal. I wouldn't say it it's the best Beef Bowl out there, but it was better than others and it tasted pretty good too. They also have good tasting noodles soups, chicken, and maki. I'd say their large orders are good for sharing.
Whenever I visit this place again, I'd always order their Gyudon bowl because I really like it plus it's not too expensive and I think that it's their best dish. So for anyone looking to try this place, you know what to order first. read more
