He has grown his gym since I've started in 2021. He added more instructors to help students hone their craft, added additions to the gym such as punching bags since they also offer Muay Thai, and have added more classes like MMA, Judo, and wrestling. They also offer kids classes. Another good thing about the gym is that it's reasonable prices for all of the unlimited classes you get without breaking the bank. Located on Broadway, which is a super busy street, and all metered parking so make sure you come early to find a spot. Walking in for the first time was really intimating but everyone was very nice and welcoming. I explained it was my first time and they showed me the ropes and encouraged me to do better. I've taken classes with Juliana, Mallory and Marion and BOY, they were tough! I've never been more sore than after a class here, it definitely makes you work for sure. There are classes throughout the day, starting at 530A through the evening, which is beneficially for working people. Definitely worth the experience, will come back for more classes soon!

I had to take a break from working out for a few years due to medical issues . When i went back I spoke to the trainers and with tears in my eyes I asked them to help me remember the Renee that I was once was and become again . The trainers hugged me and said we are in it together. With each class I get more of my confidence and strength back. CKO has helped me mentally , physically and emotionally and I am getting back to the real me and I love being me again . For those reading this we are all in it together , we all have struggles we are over coming and together we will do it . We are more than members , we are family . I have a long journey still but I'm so grateful I'm doing it here at CKO
