After renting our home for 4 years, we decided to buy it. For years we were storing scrap materials and children's toys along the side of the house and in the storage area by the pool. Also, over the years the pool guy would replace various parts on the pump and just leave the old ones right there. We signed the closing papers last night and my first task as the home's new owner was to finally get rid of all that junk. It's labor day weekend, it's hot and it's Saturday. But I decided to go with Tanner because of his earnestness and because he only started out a few years ago on his own. His professional, polite and determined demeanor won me over...I felt like just another job with the other company and I liked the idea of supporting a small business who clearly did as good a job as the bigger ones (as you can see from the Yelp reviews here). It wasn't cheap, but it was worth EVERY penny. My parents were hoarders, with rodents, termites, water damage, you name it. He cleared everything out and even though he had to pay his guys overtime, he didn't charge us for it. He gave proof of insurance and he and his workers were INCREDIBLY hardworking. Second time using You Call We Haul Junk: Tanner once again did not disappoint, after more remodeling we needed junk to be removed again so gave him a call. He was efficient and still priced fairly in his response. We scheduled a time although he was late he made up for it with his thoroughness in work as we had massive piles of dry wall which needed to be removed. If you doubt me just see my before and after photos. Professional, courteous and takes pride in their work. My husband had to leave mid project as he had to run an errand and Tanner was nice enough to send us pictures of his completed work before leaving.
