The catch is you have to call in to make the reservation to take advantage of the free airfare. So waiting on hold for hours but no problem leave your number we'll call you back and no call back. Called the customer service center the next morning when they opened and got through in 20 minutes but then the allegiant rep says I can only answer questions and not book reservations at this time. Are you kidding me!!! They treat their members like poop.

The rental company used to be 360 Blue. They were acquired by Natural Retreats, an acquisition not so good for consumers! For the first time ever, we needed to cancel our reservation. WARNING to anyone booking a rental - the non-refundable booking fee is outrageous and obscene. It's so bad, that I will look for other rental agencies in the future and carefully check their contracts. We are still 100+ days from the intended vacation, so charging big dollar cancellation fees seems ridiculous. Beware!!

Very hard to get any response from 360 Blue. I will never use this company again, they should not be in this business.
