I'm always happy when I score a Groupon for something much needed. You Move We'll Clean Up came in handy when it was time for the second year of cleaning out accumulated clutter from the garage and attic (see last year's review of 1-800-GOTJUNK). This year was even worse than last for us because there was renovation projects involved and a lot more clutter. I purchased the Groupon for 6 hours of trash removal, up to 17 cubic yards hauled away. The Groupon price was about 50% less than I paid 1-800-GOTJUNK last year for the same size truck. Gotta love that, and I did. Tony was very pleasant every time I spoke to him, and I wish I could give a higher rating (despite my solid 3 stars), but a few things subtracted from a 4 or even 5 star rating. I didn't get a call to confirm the appointment, which was made weeks in advance. That worried me a little bit, so on the morning of the appointment, 3 hours before, I had to nervously call in and was assured yes, they would be there at the appointment time, They were late, again prompting another nervous call from me. As I was a bit outside of their service area, I wasn't mad at their being late, just wish I could have been given a heads up. Tony and associate arrived an hour and 15 minutes past the appointment time, but quickly got to work. Quickly is an understatement. They were packing up a little over an hour after arriving. Now, I know the Groupon was for 6 hours AND/OR up to 17 cubic yards of trash, but in my opinion, there was more room in the truck, had they filled the back up more before piling bags and things towards the front. They said it was full, and couldn't fit any more in. They left, leaving me with a bit of a mess. I didn't get any of the "We'll clean up" part of the deal. They also left half of the pile of yard waste that I had asked them to remove. I wasn't too happy about that. Based on the trash removal and cost of the Groupon alone, I can't complain. If this was a service I would have paid full price for, it would have been an entirely different story. read more

These guys were professional, polite and did more than what I hired them to do. I had to clean out my mother's condo after she died and she was a pack rat! Love her dearly. The movers were awesome. I will definitely use them again. read more

I had my client purchase this company/service on Angie's List. They were emptying an abandoned apartment (beds, sofa, appliances, junk). At the original appointment the guys did not have the tools necessary to do the job. Even though a picture was sent; they were not prepared. We rescheduled for today, 12:30-1:30pm. At 12:37 a message was left on the property owners home answering machine (knowing she was at work). Why, I do not know because I was the contact person and the onsite person. Time is so valuable and I hate to have mine wasted. The best way to end a relationship with me is to stand me up. Consider this one over. read more

STOOD ME UP ON MOVING DAY! Horrible service. Had a window of 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Company left a voice mail at 11:43 am saying they were having truck trouble and would contact me shortly. They NEVER CALLED BACK, NEVER RESCHEDULED AND LEFT ME HANGING WITH NO RESPONSE ON MOVING DAY AFTER I LEFT 3 VOICE MAILS. They are the most unprofessional NON moving service- at total nightmare! read more

We needed to remove the old base cabinets from a 9'x12' kitchen after a remodeling. After buying the $99 deal from Angie's list, the company "You Move We'll Clean Up" called us to delay one more week the removal from the date we preferred, for the reason of being too busy. We accepted and it was scheduled on a Thursday between 11 am and 2 pm when someone was home waiting for junk removal, but they didn't show up. We called them later in the day and the day after, but nobody answered so we left a message and also send an email asking for an explanation. It was the next week on Monday when we got a call back from them with the excuse that the line was busy and they could not reach us and we agreed to reschedule for the next day. This time they showed up as promised and, to their credit, they picked up some extra junk after being asked for a discount because the miscommunication. But we didn't get any of the "We'll clean up" part of the deal. In conclusion, they are reliable, but it's better to schedule the removal within the 30 days time frame Angie's list allows to cancel an order. read more
