Yesterday, three hours from my destination (for a funeral this weekend), my 2014 diesel Grand Cherokee blew a hole in a small coolant line. The first shop I reached out to said they couldn't even look at it for 7 days. Then I found J&J. Not only did owner Rudy Rodriguez immediately inspect the vehicle and put it on the lift, but when he saw my daughter, grandson, and me stranded, he promised to get us back on the road that same night. He delivered. Rudy and his team stayed after hours and fixed it completely. In a moment when he could have easily taken advantage of my desperate situation, he chose honesty and fairness instead. That kind of integrity is rare. Don't be discouraged by the packed parking lot -- it's full for good reason. This is a team that works incredibly hard, solves problems quickly, and stands behind their work. I watched them treat every other vehicle with the same care and urgency they gave mine. If I lived closer, I'd drive two hours to this shop for any service my vehicle ever needs. I trust them that much. They've earned their outstanding ratings, and they've now earned one very grateful customer who will be singing their praises for a long time.

So they might do good work at a good price, but they are rude and unsympathetic, and I personally won't be giving them a second chance. I mentioned a few issues I had in addition to the main problem - wipers quit working. They looked my car over and found the problems, providing me with details and what could be fixed now and what could wait. They provided me details, cost, etc. and kept me apprised of progress. Additionally, they provided me a loaner car. This was a godsend as I was going to daily radiation therapy for cancer. I was so pleased with their care, I also asked them to give me an oil change as I knew it would be needed soon. I feel the cost of the work was very fair and will have the continue with the other things we found and put on hold. Great business!

Not much longer I received a call saying that there was around 70% life still in my brakes and were probably just making noise because they were "cheap".
