Needing roadside assistance is never ideal, but T & T truly made the experience as positive as possible. Becka was incredibly transparent and honest about the wait time, proactively calling to keep me updated on their ETA even when a previous call ran long. Upon arrival, her kindness was evident, and she genuinely felt bad about the delay. I completely understand that things happen, and waiting & having patience is part of life, and frankly, her kind demeanor made all the difference! Additionally, she ended up not charging me for the gas itself, which really helped this single mom out!! One more thing to add: our initial ETA given, and the time of T&T's actual arrival were not drastically different!! They will put in every effort to make it as close to that ETA that they possibly can. My daughter and I both remarked on how sweet Becka was and how calm and professional TJ was when they arrived. T & T's professionalism and care turned a stressful situation into a manageable one. I hope to never need roadside assistance again, but if I do they'll be my first call. Yelp has my location wrong i am from Chesaning mi. Last night (8-29-2024) at 9 pm, my family and I ended up stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire and no jack. T&T roadside assistance was heading back to Owosso from another job. They saw us on the side of the road and stopped to see if we were okay. I told them we had a flat tire but didn't have a jack to change it. They ended up helping us out and getting the tire changed. They were great and very lovely people; I would recommend them any day of the week. I talked to State Farm this morning and let them know that they stopped and helped. The lady on the phone said that she never knows what to say to people when they are looking for a phone number for roadside assistance. I told her that T&T was great, and she wrote down the name and said she was going to give out that name when people asked. State Farm covered everything. My husband started his car before work to warm it up while he was out shoveling. He didn't use the remote start as the key fob was already in the car. Somehow the car locked itself with our only key fob in the car. So, it was sitting in the driveway locked and running. We have roadside assistance through our insurance company, but from past experience using it, it takes HOURS for help to arrive as they usually send someone from 100 miles away. Anticipating this, my husband had to use a vacation day for work (Sadly). We had no idea we'd have someone here in less than a half hour!! They arrived and resolved the issue in a matter of minutes! I needed a jump start for my battery, and they were here within 30 minutes to help. I live in what feels like the middle of nowhere, so I was very impressed with their turn time. They were efficient, quick, and offered guidance and recommendations for a new battery. They went so far as to recommend a Walmart brand called EverStart and advised that I purchase one asap. They also said that Walmart would install it for me for free. This advice is priceless to me as a single woman who knows nothing about cars. I had a blown tire on a rented U-Haul. They contacted T&T to do the repair. U-Haul gave them the wrong location. T&T called me to verify and even though it was farther away, they still came out.
