Bought a car yesterday, had to drop off a lease 2 miles down. Ed the salesman that didn't do jack, drove my new car so I can drive from the Chrysler to my house. I offered a favor to return him to the dealership after he would deliver the car. he insisted to drive back because he claimed I HAD to set up the onstar because of "a bullshit law they made". I told him it sounded like bullshit but he insisted on the set up. he then began flooring the gas pedal pushing the RPM to 7. keep in mind this is a Traverse, not an SRT8 and not a dealer vehicle. he kept driving recklessly until we got close to the dealership. when I arrive home I saw they had plastered their logo with glued letters, which I took off. turns out the "bullshit law" he claimed existed was his bullshit excuse. first and last time I will ever deal with that dealership. read more

Paid youngs to have my fender painted day before covid started. It came back to me bubbled and youngs refused to fix it properly. Now 2 years later those bubbles have came off and it reveals they didn't prime it like they said they would! Their Shop did some insurance work on my sons car. They returned the car without the skid plates that come with the car and were most definitely there when it was dropped off. Now they are rude and want us to prove they were even on the car when we dropped it off. Seriously?? Terrible service. Don't bother if you'd like your car returned in one piece. read more

Went in to get information for a City Express handicap conversion. I had to wait for a salesperson, despite the dealership apparently crawling with them. Then the salesperson appeared to know absolutely nothing about handicap conversions, and I'd specified to the receptionist I was looking for handicap conversion information. The only thing this person could find was "some outfit in Saginaw will order the vehicle and customize it". no clue WHO that was. It's okay to not know everything. But you need to be able to at least FIND the information. This was my first visit to this dealership and will probably be my ONLY visit. Completely useless. I thought I was safe buying a used vehicle from a certified dealership but boy was I wrong! $35K on a 2015 Suburban with 80,000 miles purchased on 8/1/2019 and in 3 months I've already had to put in new brakes, tie rod, ball joints, battery and more. I was told the onstar could be programmed later and that it wasn't connecting because it was a little cloudy outside... thanks a lot Chad Rings it turns out the programmer is broken and needs to be replaced! So i have no navigation or any connectivity unless I pay to replace that. In addition the internal dvd headsets were all junk and needed to be replaced as well! Nevermind I was told it had remote start which it does not! Shame on you for pulling the wool over my eyes. I never thought I would pay so much money into a vehicle that would quite literally fall apart so quickly! In the words of my mechanic they were aware of the concerns because it was driving smooth and quiet due to some "low cost temporary fixes" and shortly after began squeaking and deteriorating fast. No thanks! I leased a car from them turned it in and got my new car lease. Three months later got a bill saying I had not turned it in. Tried to get them to fix it and got taken to collections and it ended up on my credit report permanently. They are not interested in taking care of their good customers as I had leased several vehicles from them and would have continued if they would have taken care of things. read more

My wife and I just got a nice used 2014 chevy SUV from Young Chevy in Owosso and 4 days later the engine and transmission started to shake and stall out. I is currently in their repair shop at this moment. I work for GM flint Assembly and pulled the codes off of it. Has a #3 cyl misfire and multiple evap codes. Lets see what they say. According to ECM shows details of when codes were last cleared day of vehicle purchase. Lets see what they say and do to make this right. 4 days after we bought it. I have not had my brand new Cadillac for even two weeks. My tire sensor snapped off and I took it into Youngs Owosso to be fixed. I drove it home and when I got home I then saw that my bumper and grill was cracked and damaged. I called they never called me back. I then came to the office to speak with the manager and he said "his hands are tied because I left the lot". He did not deny they damaged my car but because I left the lot he cannot fix the damage. I now have a 1000 dollar deductible due to this business. I have told many people about this issue and everyone agrees they will never take any vehicles back to them. I understand accidents happen but to make me pay my deductible to fix their accident is insane. FIX THE DAMAGE THAT YOU CAUSED. I asked for cameras and they wouldn't respond to me. This was the best car buying experience ever! Tee Davis is AMAZING! She went above and beyond! Had cars we were interested in lined up, warm and ready to test drive. She's so nice and easy going. While we waited had drinks and snacks for us and when we closed the deal gave myself, my husband and my dogs a gift bag! Once we got in the car we found tic tacs, pen, note pad, Kleenex,hand sanitizer and wipes. She thought of every last touch to leave a lasting impression! Top notch! I am very disappointed with my recent service experience at Young Cadillac. The service tech (Keagan) that checked me in was the only positive example of customer service. It was a routine oil change, tire rotation, recall follow up etc. I had a tire pressure alert when I left my car, when I picked up my car after it was 'completed' the same tire pressure alert was still on. Had they rotated my tires as the paper work had indicated the tire pressure alert would have been indicating that the tire were in a different location than when I dropped it off. They returned my car to me with the tire press alert still on. After talking with Keagan the car was back in their garage, there had been a nail in the tire. I do not feel I can trust that any of the work they said they had completed had actually been done. They clearly lied regarding rotating my tires. How do I know for certain that my oil was actually changed or that any of the recall notifications were actually completed? It is very unsettling that they would return a car back to a customer A. with a tire pressure alert (20%) on B. that they would lie about service being done that had not been. I have never had to drive to the dealership to shop, or have service- they have picked up and dropped off every time. Sales is great, and service is efficient and painless. Bought a used van a couple of years ago and man did they lie to us. We traded our newer Chevrolet truck to buy a used vehicle to get rid of a high car payment. The manager actually walked over to me in the sales area and wrote as is , sold as is, in red letters all over the yellow copies a bunch of times then we received it at the end of the sale... Needless to say I should have walked out with my truck and not looked back. Do not buy vehicles from these as them as they are shady and will screw you over something fierce. Run like the dickens as wish I never met them. They even sold us an unsafe van as the tires were illegally worn down we found out two weeks after we bought it from another car business. We have fixed it up pretty well as of late but it cost a lot to get there. They are not trustworthy and will run your credit apps multiple times which lowers your credit score so be damn sure your financing is in order before you set foot in that door or you are going to walk away with paying way too much and your credit score less than with what you began with.
