i dont have any idea why this company gets such horrible ratings?? ive been behind on my payments (…read morei was behind on 2 bi weekly payments) and i called and told them about losing my job and just starting a new one, they set up a payment plan, i paid 1 payment then, and they allowed me to pay my other late payment on my next scheduled pay date... (my payments are 196 every 2 weeks, i paid 2 on my next payment date), they could have easily repoed my car... but because i called and told them my situation, they worked with me. i have never once had a bad rep on the phone, and ive never had a problem paying my bill.... maybe the bad reviews are from people not communicating or just not paying?? i will add, my previous track record with them before losing my job, i always paid my payment early.

What honestly can I say about these people at Feldman Hyundai? Nothing I could type would give them…read morethe justice they deserve for putting my confidence back in humanity. They bring big time deals in an atmosphere that screams family/friend owned. A little history: I purchased a Hyundai Sonata from a dealership elsewhere and quickly found out the previous owner ran her pretty hard. After a lot of engine jargon and frustration on my end and I'm sure theirs, I discovered I needed over a $10,000+ repair. I'll be honest I did not handle myself well because apparently the 100k/10 year warranty is for the first owner so I thought I was boned. The people at Hyundai went to bat for me to corporate and decided to stand behind their product and essentially replaced the engine at no cost to me. After this was done I had no problems with the car and don't own it simply because I let my dumbass brother borrow it and he totaled it. It feels nice to see a company stand behind their products and be truly proud of what they are doing. I feel so strongly about this that I recently brought my mother in to help her get a new car. After what I can only describe as a disastrously unprofessional experience she had at Brighton Ford she was in a state of car buying PTSD. I cannot blame her and don't like dwelling on negative energies, but you can see my review of them on my account I'm sure. She ended up Escaping her Ford Escape and landed in a brand new Sonata Hybrid Limited. She absolutely loves it BUT it is nice to know that she COULD return it if she wanted to within a reasonable time frame if she changed her mind. Nice to know I can trust a company to have my mom's back in a world known for its money hungry greed and slimy sales deals. I won't even have to go in with her when she can't get her USB working somehow for some reason only old people could do. Edit: I want to thank everyone past and present at the Hyundai Feldman who helped me out with my vehicle, and especially a shout out to Brandon who went above and beyond for my mother on this most recent purchase.

We found out Thursday night that my daughter was possibly going through liver failure at the age of 1! I called and asked for a 1 day extension due to this hardship and since all my payments are on time or early! I got no help and was told that I had to call in before the day of due (even tho I have proof that this all happened the night before.) I was informed that my car would be repo if I missed the payment by even 1 day and that there was nothing they can do. I ended up having to borrow the money from a stranger because I wouldn't be able to take my daughter to her appointments for treatment if it was repoed!!! Again I never missed a payment and have even been paying a day or two early. This doesn't even mention all the replacement parts I had to cover myself because when I took the car in under their fake warranty the bs shop put anaerobic gasket maker on my gas cap to stop the air leak (which caused me to have to drop the tank and drain it due to potential contaminants in the gas) and it wasn't even the issue I brought it in for. I brought it in for a slipping transmission which I ended up having to get rebuilt elsewhere at my own expense. (I would never go Thur this company for car again. They don't care if your have hardships. They only care about their payment. The car I got Thur them turned into a money pit. As soon as I get one thing fixed something else go wrong with. I'm not even sure the car is safe to drive. It's turning out to not be a reliable car. When I told them about all the problems I'm having with the car they didn't offer to get me into something more reliable vehicle. Just give us our money.) Definitely agree with this review! However, that was not my experience at all. Instead of offering in-house financing as advertised, they ran my application through an outside lender (Credit Acceptance). On top of that, I was told I would need to put down $5,500 on a vehicle -- which completely defeats the purpose of working with a BHPH dealer in the first place. At no point upfront was it made clear that they rely on third-party financing or require such a large down payment. This felt like a classic bait-and-switch: advertise flexible in-house financing to get customers in the door, then switch to traditional subprime lending with steep requirements. If you are specifically looking for a true Buy Here Pay Here dealership that works directly with customers on financing, I would strongly recommend asking very direct questions before engaging with this business -- or considering other options entirely. Transparency matters, and unfortunately that was not my experience here.

Credit acceptance Representatives do the absolute best they can for you, Credit acceptance itself?…read moreIT'S A NIGHTMARE, my mother recently passed away and they weren't allowed to tell me if they could refinance it UNTIL I took over the loan, which was 9,500, I already sent them death certificate, and everything BUT something saying I'm claiming it, turned 18 in April, mother passed away in February, when I finally did send them something saying I'm claiming the loan they told me to make up late payments, and take off a repo request that they've had on the car for a month (basically that told me they haven't repossessed it ONLY because that nobody had claimed it and they wanted to make sure someone was paying it off) I would have to pay 380 dollars times three for the monthly payments that have been missed, plus an additional 380 to take off the repo request, plus late fees, totaling around $1, 800, Right then and there, or, pay a hundred a week, not a month, a week, very satisfied with representative service, very irritated with credit acceptance as a corporation, and recently I fully paid it off, they are telling me that they are not allowed to send me an email or fax me a copy of the title, or a copy of a lien release in my mother's name so I can make a new title, when I needed this vehicle yesterday, and they're telling me it's not going to get to me through the mail for another 21 to 30 days, 21 TO 30 DAYS!!!!!! Never got the car title and needed a copy of it, when we went in there to get it he started arguing with us saying if we weren't happy with the car to bring it back. Payments are current and we aren't going to just give the car back. My recommendation is if you buy a car here, when you take it for a test drive, just drive it to Tuffy and have them look it over before you purchase it.
