The guy who replied, gave me a suggestion to check something that is normally the issue. Sure enough, I was able to use his suggestion and fix the issue myself without having to have him come out and do that very thing. Tomorrow came and he never showed. 2 hours after appointment time, he called to say he took 2 other jobs before mine, and would be here in 1 hour. So from 10:30...now to 1:30. Two days shot waiting around for this moron. I cannot do a 1:30 appointment, because I have to pick up wife at 3pm....which is why we scheduled for 10:30 ( he knew this) Now, scheduled for Monday at 8:30am first thing! It is now Monday, and he called four hours ago to say he was running an hour late AGAIN, so he'd be here at 9:30. It is now 11:30 and I JUST got ahold of him, and told him forget it. We'll find someone else. DO NOT USE THIS GUY! Highly unprofessional and unreliable!
