As someone who worked here, I can tell you first hand that they do intentionally scam you and even encourage employees to be passive aggressive with customers! If they don't like you, they will purposely keep your vehicle for extended periods of time and avoid your phonecalls. I also have many friends who have worked for Young and were completely screwed over by them. Powersports in particular is very disgusting and shady business I've ever worked for. Also, the amount of affairs going on in Young is wild. Just know who you're buying from. read more

I ordered a set of Polaris rock sliders for my XP Pro from Young Powersports. They had the most competitive price and gave me an additional 15% off for my first order with them, so that made them hands down the least expensive of anyone. The box that I received was damaged, the rock sliders were not in the original foam packing and all the hardware was loose in the box. There were a few washers missing and the back side of the bars were a dinged up. Needless to say I was pretty upset and contacted Jereth at Youngs. Jereth was very apologetic and made it sound like the box had come from Polaris and not them. He ordered a set of replacement hardware for me that day and refunded me some money on my order. Although this was not the best experience at first, I have to say the attitude and response from Jereth made all the difference. Because of this I would definitely recommend them for you next purchase. read more

Deceptive, misleading and false advertising. This is the worst company you can possibly do business with. Both sales and service....Worst experience ever. Jason Ashcroft and Sales Manager Carson Schwappe came across as if you could trust them. I should have never let myself fall victim to their tactics and dishonesty. Sold me a 2021 snowmobile that had known issues not disclosed during the sales process- Polaris Chaos Turbo. Told me top end was redone when turbo was put in. When I asked to see the service records, I was later told they didn't do the service. I asked to know who did, in which they later disclosed that maybe the previous owner did it himself. When confronting them, I was sent the "vehicle as-is" agreement as if to say; "your problem now! Gave them opportunities to make it right, all I received in return was; "we've been thinking a lot about it". Zero recommendations towards resolutions. Ultimately going to have to take this to small claims court. Buyer beware!!! read more

I wanted to wait a week to make sure that I wasn't irrational. They do not want you as a returning customer. They want your money and get you out the door without explaining anything about the bike, or putting gas in it, or getting you the proper kit that comes with the bike. (I had to tell them what it came with). I had to take the bike that wasn't ready to go out to my truck put gas in it and try to start it. I had to wheel it back in the showroom floor and had to try to start it on their floor before i would get any help. They finally took it to the shop and after 25 minutes got it going and put 1/4 tank of gas in it. They finally offered to help put it in my truck after that. We were there for three hours with an appointment, paying cash. I was okay with the price thinking that I would get some kind of deal on a Stacyc or gear and parts for the other 2023 that we have. They would not do anything for us except give us $150 off of a Stacyc (which is what Stacyc is offering not the dealership). I tried to get a top end kit and a stator but the parts department had no idea what that was. I had to show them on there computer. We have purchased 7 bikes in the past year and a half (4 new) and this is by far the worst experience we have had. I get treated better at Edge powersports or ADS Karl Malone. Actually any other KTM dealership but this one. The only reason I went there was they had the bike we wanted. We will never go back to this very unfriendly dealership. read more

Nothing but stress... Had them mount some tires. Heavily scratched the rims and damaged a bearing seal which then required replacement. Wheel weights fell off soon after installation. Tires not properly alined on rim requiring additional balancing weights. They did fine the previous year but I'm gonna try big boys toys next time. read more

These guys ROCK I had a problem with my XP 1000. I called several Polaris dealers to get in for some warranty work they were 2 to 3 weeks out in just seeing me. When I called Renegade they at least listened to my problem as I had a ride planed In a week and needed to get it fixed to go. They let me bring it in and to look at it. They called me the next day and said it was ready. I told them I would be late picking it up and they said they would leave it out for me since the were not going to charge me as it was quick fix. When I got there to pick it up they were waiting as there was a customer that had to have his machine the next day. All i can say is WOW That is above and beyond Customer service. They could of taken advantage of a customer that was in need. I know where I am going to buy my next Razor thanks Renegade sports. read more

We got a flat tire on our motorcycle, on a Saturday, and in the middle of what seemed like nowhere - actually 75 miles from Logan. We made multiple calls to surrounding motorcycle shops and Taylor (the service manager) at Renegade was the only one who returned our call and was willing to help us that day. The tow truck dropped our bike off and Taylor and his team immediately got to work on our bike. They found the problem, got the right part, installed it quickly and efficiently, and didn't gouge us in the price department. We were able to continue our bike trip and the tire never gave us any problems from there on out. The whole staff at Renegade was friendly and extremely helpful - they were even giving us recommendations of places to eat! We were very impressed and would recommend them based on our experience. read more

Well, I just picked up my dirtbike that got a diagnostic, and it was put back together by the most incompetent people I have ever seen. Not a single part was tightened, not even finger tight. The worst thing was that they broke my clutch lever, and it was brand new. It literally was put on a week before I dropped the bike off and never ridden. The employees did not say a thing about it, they could have at least payed for a new one. Also, the clutch itself is disconnected or broken somewhere else, and that was working fine when I dropped it off. I have never written bad about any company before, but this infuriates me that they did terrible work, and broke things without the decency that any normal human has to try and fix what they did. Honestly, if I could I would give them 0 stars. read more

If I could post a 0 star review I would. Paid thousands of dollars for an engine rebuild on a Polaris ranger. Just a couple of hours after the rebuild the machine would not start. I watched some youtube videos and got into the top end and found out the engine was not timed correctly and all the valves were completely out of spec. They were the old valves that were already in the machine also. Despite paying for an engine rebuild they put the old valves in and did not have the decency to even spec them correctly. Also cant seem to put on a cam chain tensioner correctly. Bottom line is if you are in the logan area resort to youtube or find a local mechanic on facebook marketplace because Renegade is just in the business of lying about their work and taking your money. if you are into a dealership taking shortcuts to fix your machine temporarily and misrepresenting their work, this is the place for you. read more
