You can see from their profiles that many of them have worked there / with each other for a long time. They reminded me all the time that they work with kids for such a long time that changing their soiled underwear while potty training is not a big deal. For awhile, my son kept asking about his 'red daycare' and his 'old friends' as we painfully transitioned to the new daycare. He still remembers Ms. Patty loving a song as it comes on the radio and he enjoys reading the Pete the Cat book that Ms. Angelica read. Our new daycare has great, friendly kids and the staff is reliable. But nothing can really fill the shoes of this daycare. They were such a big part of our lives and I will miss them dearly.

Most importantly my child's well being. They even forgot to feed my infant for 5 1/2 hours and laid him in a crib to scream himself to sleep. To remedy we stuck reminder stickers with feeding times "feed me at 7:30" . I pray the State looks into this establishment. One benefit was the regional director. Her influence on the center could not be implemented due to her subordinates. If you care for your child DO NOT LET THEM CARE FOR YOUR CHILDREN.

Needless to say, we were less than satisfied at her previous daycare. Although that particular daycare provided live streaming of the infant room (which was a large selling point for me at the time), I found myself constantly distracted by the footage while at work mainly because I was concerned about the level of care she was receiving. It became quite disruptive to my workday. This previous daycare required that I write them each morning to tell them what time I would be dropping off my daughter. Anyone who has small children knows how chaotic and unpredictable the morning routine can be, and this became an added stress. Despite dropping my daughter off after they opened, I would be met with obvious sighs and eye rolls from staff if I showed up before 8am. Additionally, this previous daycare would frequently call and have me leave my work early to pick up my daughter for being "fussy," insisting she was sick when she wasn't (I am a doctor, so I can actually tell these things). All of these factors contributed to us moving to KinderCare and I have no doubt in my mind that we made the right decision. From the moment we entered KinderCare for a tour, I was blown away. They are a well-oiled machine and the process of drop offs and pick ups is streamlined. Their professionalism and communication are unmatched. I feel like my daughter gets so much care and attention from the staff. It honestly feels like she is with family when I take her to KinderCare. I love that we get periodic updates and photos throughout the day without the added pressure of livestream, which actually can be more of a burden than a help. I feel like the price is more than reasonable for the care our daughter receives. She has continued to thrive at KinderCare. She is meeting all of her developmental milestones and she couldn't be happier or healthier. So glad we made the switch to KinderCare!

I came across this location and luckily I was able to get him in there! It's closer to our home. He's in the Summer Blast Program and so far, so good. The employees all seem pretty nice & my son has came home each day and said what a blast he's had. I like that they provide meals & so many different activities for the kids. It's a little pricey but worth it if you need care. I also like that they don't charge for the hours and that it's a one-time fee for the week. You can drop them off between 6:30am and pick them up at 6pm. The parking can get a little packed but it's a great place for your kid to be if you need care!

As time has…read moremarched on our two oldest have aged out but our youngest; who also enjoyed KP's preschool program; still gets excited to go. Our oldest, now 16, loved KP. As a child with autism, it was difficult to find anyone in a care facility that word help. I remember the frustration, fear, & agony feeling like I was in this alone. More times than not, my boy would follow me to work and around; my shadow I'd call him, all while hating myself for desperately needing the respite. Literally KP to the rescue. Now let me be clear, it wasn't always kittens and rainbows; he loves it there and the staff is always lovely with him. However, there were times when he would become too overwhelmed & I'd have to p/u. KP is NOT a special needs facility, although they TRY to accommodate, have huge hearts, and typically won't turn a kid away for that reason. But sometimes it can all be too much for everyone. And it's never a good to stay in that situation. ALL mom's know that. In those instances it was better to bring my guy home. Where he could relax or fall apart in his own home with dignity and without fear of peer embarrassment. Now SPN Mamas: The behaviors that will get a call are the same as everywhere; KP will try to work with it a little longer than regular daycares though, @ least what I've found. "Plan B's" are always welcome for suggestions to the staff too. But any hitting, biting, self-harming behavior is going to be a ride home. Also, if "Bubba" won't redirect, then you have to keep in mind there are other kids there & they all parrot the "undesired" behavior. Additionally no electronics or toys. I know that's rough for some of our kiddos, but there is plenty there and you honestly don't want them or another kid breaking "that thing". Now as far as our other 2 NT (neurotyoical) babes; they loved and still love it. I tell everyone if they need a break to take their kiddos here. But please keep in mind the philosophy: "It takes a village". Your help and expertise on your SPN or NT kiddo is key. Together everyone can work to ensure your babe has the best time.

Unfortunately, my opinion completely changed after my 3 year old daughter was inappropriately grabbed on her butt by another child while in Kids Park's care. When I brought my concerns initially to a staff member, they said they would let the manager know , and after poor follow up I called again and spoke to another staff member , and on my 3rd call it was the owner, who told me she had spoken with the staff and that no one had seen anything happen. I trusted that response, even though it left me with unanswered questions. Because I still had concerns, I filed a complaint with Community Care Licensing. I recently learned that my complaint was substantiated and that Kids Park was investigated in connection with another complaint. Learning this made me feel like I had not been given the full picture when I first sought answers. I hope Kids Park takes meaningful steps to improve supervision, communication, and child safety so that no other family has to go through what ours did.

We don't drink tap water here and we take that seriously as a family. That alone was worth addressing, but what happened this morning is ultimately why we made the decision to leave. Today was her first day back since Thursday so my wife and I came in with her first thing. While the kids were still outside for their morning playtime, my wife and I were inside the classroom with our daughter. Without us even asking which teacher did it, our daughter looked through the clear glass window, pointed directly at Miss Emmy outside, and identified her on her own. We didn't prompt her, we didn't lead her. She just pointed. When Miss Emmy came inside we asked her directly and respectfully. She told my wife and me that she used the Brita filter. The same Brita bucket that sits RIGHT next to the hand-washing sink, which is clearly there for a reason. My daughter was standing right next to us when Miss Emmy said this. My daughter shook her head no and calmly showed us exactly how her teacher turned the silver faucet handle and filled her bottle from the sink. A 4-year-old has no reason to fabricate something that specific. I want to be clear, this review is about two things. The tap water itself, because we live in Fresno and we take our daughter's health seriously, and the honesty of the person we trusted to care for her every day. A teacher looked two parents in the eyes and was not truthful, while their own child stood right there correcting her. Both of those things matter to us, and together they made this decision very easy. To management, you respectfully explained that the school's plumbing is filtered and I respect that may be true. But if that's the case, my question is simple: why is there a Brita filter bucket in the classroom at all? It exists for a reason. And why wasn't that explanation just given to us in the moment by Miss Emmy? A simple 'yes I gave her water from the sink, our plumbing here is filtered' would have been completely fine. That conversation we could have had. What we can't move past is the dishonesty itself. We genuinely hope you respond to this review. And if there is any question about what happened that morning, maybe CCTV footage from the classroom would clear everything up quickly. We're open to that conversation and we're sharing this in good faith so the school has the opportunity to reflect and improve.

While attending Saint Agnes, I have always felt that our boys were genuinely loved and cared for by each of their teachers and the staff. As a mom, it made me feel so much peace knowing that our babies were safe, happy, and surrounded by people who truly know and care about them. In addition to being nurtured, our boys learned so much while they attended here. Our oldest always came home excited to share what he had learned that day, or eager to share a new skill. All of the teachers and staff genuinely seemed to love what they do, and for me, the positive atmosphere made all the difference. We are so grateful for the years our family spent at Saint Agnes.
