The owner answered the phone at 9pm. He told us his shop wasn't far so if the trailer was still drivable we could bring it to his lot and unhook so we could go get a room with our daughter. That was a huge help. Not to often you meet someone who will go back to his lot after already being home for the evening to let us put our trailer there. The next morning he had a tire contact who was able to come help us get the tires off the trailer and the axle chained up so we could limp it back to the dealership where everything was covered under warranty. Mr. Moreno is normally not open on Saturday's but he was coming into the office to catch up on some of his other car's he was working on. I explained what happened to Mr. Moreno & he and his assistant help us out and got the radiator patched. When I reached my destination I had another mechanic look at it and he said that there was very little water coming out of the radiator. As quickly as the tire had deflated, I figured I'd probably need a brand new tire. This was on a new vehicle with about 11,000 miles on it. They ended up plugging/patching the hole, balanced it, aired up the other tires, reset the computer and returned the spare to its place up under the chassis. They charged me nothing!! I called Tillman Tire and the guy on call (this was a holiday weekend on a Saturday) was very nice and ready to help. I wish I remembered his name, but he was there fast and had me back in the road with a brand new trailer tire in no more than an hours time.
