After a while I received a call from the owner of H&E Lewis Towing. He told me not to worry, he was coming and so was one of his guys with the tow truck. He told me he would pick me up and take me to Jackson to pick up my new rental and the tow operator would take the broken down car to Memphis. A short time later my ride appeared and so did the wrecker. I'm not sure what I would have done without his help. He recognized it didn't make sense for me to ride with the wrecker and wanted me to be comfortable and back on the road quickly. I can't thank him enough. He took great care of me. He was so pleasant, gave me a few laughs, wouldn't let me even pick up my own suitcase and took care of everything. No one likes disruptions but he made this a non event and before I knew it, I was back on the road heading to Nashville and caught my flight!!! Thank you so much!!

She was friendly and assured me everything would be okay. She arrived in 15 minutes as I was originally quoted a 90 minute window.
