Recently my rental car broke down in Brownsville, TN. Since it was a rental car the company made…read morearrangements to secure a new rental and tow truck. After a while I received a call from the owner of H&E Lewis Towing. He told me not to worry, he was coming and so was one of his guys with the tow truck. He told me he would pick me up and take me to Jackson to pick up my new rental and the tow operator would take the broken down car to Memphis. A short time later my ride appeared and so did the wrecker. I'm not sure what I would have done without his help. He recognized it didn't make sense for me to ride with the wrecker and wanted me to be comfortable and back on the road quickly. I can't thank him enough. He took great care of me. He was so pleasant, gave me a few laughs, wouldn't let me even pick up my own suitcase and took care of everything. No one likes disruptions but he made this a non event and before I knew it, I was back on the road heading to Nashville and caught my flight!!! Thank you so much!!

Daniel and Shane (a father and son team) were proficient in getting the car loaded. Upon hearing I was from Jackson MS they gave me a ride back to the shop. Shame even offered to take me to the Enterprise Care Rental office for me to get a car to make it back home. I was surprised Brownsville even had a car rental place. I hung around the office until I could get all my camping gear out of the Yukon and the ladies in the office we re very nice, even laughing at my attempts at humor. It is a family owned and run business and if I am ever near Brownville again, I am bring some sweet tea!!

So he dialed a number for Billy young's tow service and handed my daughter the phone. My daughter had to ask the trooper where she was since she was headed to a friends home in Brownsville and wasn't familiar with the area. Once the tow company arrived on scene the trooper left. The gentleman pulled my daughter from the side of the shoulder but because she didn't have $165 cash and the nasty hateful lady at the shop wouldn't take a debit card over the phone he towed the car to the shop and left my daughter on side of the road to wait on a ride. Debbie at the shop told me it was my responsibility to get my daughter a ride to the tow shop and not hers or the drivers. Once my daughter gets to the shop she explains that she don't have $165 (which is a very high rate to charge to drive 2 miles) and she would have to leave to go and get the cash since they wouldn't take my card or my daughters card for the payment. Debbie stated to my daughter that if she left the car there would be a storage fee added to the $165. I would not recommend this company to my worse enemy much less a friend or someone driving through the area. If a State Trooper tries to help by calling them I'd politely decline.

I blew a tire on my fifth wheel RV on 412 on outside of Alamo. No one in the area serviced roadside…read moreor had any availability for hours. I called Climer and explained my situation and he heard my baby in the background and was more than willing to help. He couldn't do roadside tire changes, so he drove his wrecker to me and took of my wheel, took it to a tire shop, and came back and out on for me. All for only $150! All of this in under one hour from when I was back on the road. I appreciate Climer and his customer service. I would highly recommend calling them before anyone else.
