I have on occasion had my brother pick me up and we get breakfast, but not every time! Today I took my car for an oil change I was the first customer there and told front desk that I was running to get breakfast and he said we will call you when it is ready and I said thank you! I returned and they had not even touched my vehicle. The front desk worker told me that I had to be here in order to receive service. The worker NEVER explained that to me! That should been explained instead of tell me that they would call me when it was ready! There was no apology for the miscommunication or anything! If that was a new policy all employees need to know the policies so that it could be communicated with the customers! That is bad business! I would not be so upset had I at least would have received an apology! I guess my business means nothing to them!

They said it was an urgent fix that needed to be done, and quoted me $1318. CRAZY. I decided to get a second opinion from Old Hickory after it was recommended to me by someone who lives locally. I dropped it off around 9:45 am, and by 10:30 am they had called me to tell me that they had found a slight crack in the ball joint boots, but that there was no slack in them or the control arms. The man told me that if it was his car, he wouldn't have anything done to it and that I could come get my car. NOT ONLY did they save me $1300, but in addition, they charged me $0 FOR THE INSPECTION!! The other car place was SERIOUSLY trying to take advantage of me as a college girl who came in by herself. I am so thankful to the workers at Old Hickory and will definitely be back if I ever have any car troubles at all!

Wish I could give zero stars. I had a very poor experience with Integrity Auto Diesel Repair and…read morewould not recommend them. I brought my 2024 F-450 in for exhaust and EGR-related work. From the beginning, we agreed on a set price, and I was told the truck would be completed the same day as long as I dropped it off when they opened. I did that, but the truck was not worked on that day at all. I was also told the work and tuning would be handled in-house. Instead, my truck was driven about 30 minutes away without my permission or being told ahead of time, so someone else could tune it. After that, they still did not complete their part of the work until about four days after I originally dropped it off. When I picked the truck up, they then told me the tune plug was not included, even though it was discussed as part of the set price. On top of that, my paint-matched front grille was damaged in multiple spots, and it looked like no care was taken around the truck. The biggest issue happened immediately after leaving the shop. Less than a mile down the road, I heard rattling. I checked underneath and found that the exhaust was missing bolts and the exhaust hangers were not installed. That is something that should have been caught during a proper test drive after the work was completed. I turned around and brought it back, and even though this was their mistake, they did not treat it with urgency. I had to sit there for over an hour while they worked on other vehicles first. There was also a drivability issue after the work was done. The truck would surge while cruising at certain speeds, with the RPMs fluctuating up and down. When I brought it up, I was told it was probably fine, and they even tried saying my transmission may be bad. This is a 2024 truck with only about 25,000 miles and it has never towed. The issue was not there before the work was done. They never figured it out. I later found out the truck needed a TCU tune because the added power required increased transmission pressure. That should have been known by a shop doing this kind of work. I also had to ask multiple times, around four or five times, just to receive the tune files. When I asked questions about the tuning, they said they did not know because it was not done in-house, even though I was originally told everything would be handled in-house. Overall, this was a very frustrating and unprofessional experience. Between the delays, the truck being taken elsewhere without my approval, the price disagreement, the damaged grille, the missing exhaust bolts/hangers, the empty secondary coolant reservoir, and the unresolved drivability issue, I had nothing but problems. I paid for convenience because I did not want to work on my brand-new truck myself, but I ended up dealing with more issues than if I had just done it myself. I would not take my truck back here, and I would strongly recommend others be careful before trusting them with their vehicle.

They did admit to damaging the radiator but they were able to source a new one and have it installed before we got there. They gave us a deadline and they worked hard to make that deadline. The guys in the shop are very knowledgeable and professional. From start to finish, they had a big job knocked out in 2 days. The injectors and all the fuel system had to be replaced. Kudos to this shop for making it happen for us!!
