But the second time was the beginning of January when we were snowed in at the mountain house. And if we didn't make it down the mountain that day, then another snow storm was coming through and we would be stuck there for a week. I didn't have enough diapers so this constituted an emergency. But we called, and you came. You had snow chains (cables) installed on my car within 2 hours of my call. Fast, reasonably priced, professional and nice. Thanks guys.
