As of January 27 of this year, I was abruptly canceled through the mail. Three weeks before this cancellation a person with a cell phone camera and a selfie stick took pictures of my house. According to the cancellation letter, my roof showed signs of deterioration which makes it more susceptible to leaking, wind and hail damage. I have had no problems in my house. They then informed me that I was canceled as of February 5, 2026. This was a very unfair cancellation and I would not recommend this insurance agency or State Farm insurance company! Beware if you do!

We've always gotten a healthy refund and no IRS audits (knock on wood). One time he was unsure about whether we could claim a certain deduction. Instead of guessing or using Google, he got on the phone and called a professor friend of his at the University of Notre Dame. We were looking for a company that was a bit more creative in solution finding for our situation And we were hopeful that this was the place. It appears that a mistake was made by the tax prepair. And as a result, we went back-and-forth with the IRS about fees and penalties. We're not entirely sure that we received what we wanted and chances are we won't be using this company again in the future.
