Also their address is an apartment complex next to a pool. So...yeah. Sketchy. If your car won't start and it isn't the battery, use a car jack handle and a hammer and tap on the starter rhythmically while someone else starts your vehicle. It'll get you to the mechanic if the starter is your issue. Or get AAA Plus membership and it'll save ya money and the frustration of getting a tow company to pick up their phones.

He was not polite in any manner claiming I was disrespecting him. Like I should be a happy camper when they damage my $160K SL550? Now I have several cracks on the bumper, and they are refusing to compensate me for the damage. By freak chance Stevw was walking by as I stalled out on the shoulder with the hood up & hazards on ...He offered to help! It turned out to be something a little more involved . It was a Sunday & this-guy went above & beyond to help me. So honest & reliable. He took my phone # and kept in touch with me through the day ... He had some. things to do but promised to come back to look at my car As I spent the afternoon with family, I left my keys with the hotel valet ... Steve came to the parking lot where I was able to leave my car & worked on it right there ( I ended up getting a room for the night - as I wasn't sure my car be fixed by days end. ) Steve bought the parts & fixed my car with his helper Zach. Luckily it was just the Intake sensor ( & air filter) & less than 3 hours later & $400 my car was running like a charm. Steve followed up with a phone call a few days later to make sure my car was running good & I got home to NY SAFE . it was a pretty amazing experience - a single woman traveling alone & from out of state - - Amyone could hav taken advantage of me in that situation & I thank the universe for putting Steve. in my path that day! I can't even explain in words how much value he brings to his company. Andrew not only waited with me to get my car towed while waiting for an approval from Onstar but after he dropped me off at the mechanic shop. He came back to check on me and he did not hesitate to offer me a ride home. This man made a horrible time amazing but showed true kindness and empathy through my whole ordeal.
