My car broke down on the way to take my Volvo to the auto body garage to get worked on. My mom called AAA, and Johnny from Scenic City Towing called and said he would be there in 15 minutes. He was not only there on time, but he was fantastic taking care of my car, and got it loaded up so quickly. He was the nicest, friendliest tow truck driver we ever had to deal with, especially on one of the hottest days of over 100 degrees in Central Florida. Out of all the times I have had to wait for tow trucks in the past, that was the quickest and excellent service time with and the most friendliest tow truck person either of us have ever dealt with. Johnny deserves a raise. Majority of the tow truck people we have dealt with, do not have the personality to deal with customers that are having a bad day especially after breaking down. In Johnny's case, he has a wonderful and friendly personality that made my mom and myself feel at ease, and made our day better knowing he took good care of my car, as you valued my car like you would your own and got it safely to Tires Plus. Robert and Joey were wonderful when they came to tow my Volvo S60 from my house. They first called to verify where I was located & gave me an exact time they would be arriving. They also arrived before the time, they took pictures, verified where they taking my car, they were thorough, quick but also made sure my car was secure. Asshole driver (very large flubbery balding dude) was completely blocking the only exit from the turnpike service plaza lot southbound. Many cars backing up and he gets very mouthy and aggressive with folks waiting to exit. Confronts people directly and Yells at everyone to back up! Problem is it's one way so forces numerous people to have to backup onto the entrance to the service plaza and cross into one way lanes going the opposite direction. Unsafe and his directions to people to do that puts your company at risk since he had the appearance of authority. He had a job to do but his nasty attitude was unacceptable. I was very impressed with Aaron's professionalism and service towing my motorcycle to a local bike dealership. Scenic City Towing was contacted by AAA after the first towing company had failed to show up after making me wait four hours in 95 degree FL weather. AAA then contacted Scenic City Towing in Sumterville. I was contacted directly by Aaron the driver who arrived within 55 minutes, as promised. Gator Cycle was not open when Aaron arrived so he offloaded the motorcycle, concealed the presence of the bike in a washing bay and came by later to ensure the motorcycle had been brought inside the dealership. read more

He figured out how to start the car safely and went above and beyond by loaning me his portable jump charger for the 40-mile trip to the dealer to replace the battery.
