Refused to repair my car because I have bought my own parts. They sounded very unfriendly on the phone and when I told them I had bought the parts needed they told me straight "since you have bought the parts, we are not interested in working with you". They don't recommend unnecessary tweaks or services. They are straight shooters who truly seem to care only that you're in the safest, best running vehicle that you can be. Youngsville Garage has never let me down. They've been my mechanic for quite of few years now. Short story: I recently came back from a vacation trip and on our ride back home, my wife and I noticed a noise behind our car. We couldn't make much of it, but if we would have guess, we assumed tires. Our tire pressure light hadn't tuned on, and we were at least an hour and 45 mins ride back home. We get home and slept through the day. We woke up and we noticed that our tire ran flat. We tried installing a donut, the lug nut breaks. From there we called Geico to have the tow company check it out. After dancing with the tire for 10 minutes, the gentlemen tells us that our car needed to be towed to a garage. The next morning we called Scott (owner) and explained our unfortunate of event. After a couple of laughs, Scott said he was going to get it fixed. Not only did he managed to fix my car LAST MINUTE with 4 brand new tires, but Scott and his crew even placed the back breaks of our car that was desperately needed. Scott made this happen on a SATURDAY. It can't get any better than that. I'm not one to leave a review, but I'd say it was the least thing I could do. I went here for an emergency repair after hearing a strange noise on my trip up from Virginia. Unfortunately a new part that they put in turned out to be defective and I had to take car to my local garage only 16 days later. I was very pleased with how this unfortunate situation was handled by Youngsville Garage. They asked me to mail the part and photos to them and reimbursed me for what I had paid to have defective part replaced. After registering my car I was told I only had 10 days to have it inspected. With my work schedule that left me with basically only one day out of those 10 days to have it done. This place was very accommodating and squeezed me in on that one day I had. Scott is super nice and takes time to actually talk to you (especially when I went there the day after in an emergency because my car felt like it was about to die) and explains what's going on in a way you can understand. I highly recommend them and will be going back there for regular maintenance and for any other issues that might pop up. Great place and people all around!!! read more

I have been using this garage on and off for several years now and could not be happier with not only their service but the friendship that has been developed over the years. Youngsville garage has always gone above and beyond any other mechanic I have ever gone to. Scott is the most honest and hard working business owner you will find out in this field. There has been several different occasions (towing, repair, and service) where he will physically show you what's wrong with the car and give you a detailed explanation on why it needs to be replaced and the function it had on my vehicle. He has always gone above and beyond and been willing to lend advice and recommendations. I have also met many of his staff and they too are professional and knowledgeable. Now that I am moved out of the area my parents (75 year olds) have also been using him.
