He gave me a very competitive quote compared to other quotes I was getting. He answered all my questions (which I had a lot). When he got he walked me through what he was going to do once again and finished up pretty quick. Communication was excellent. He had to drill a couple of holes and took preventive measures to keeping the mess contained. He cleaned up after himself and vacuumed the dust created from drilling into the brick.
