Wow, thank you Yelp for helping me find Jonathan for our home theater sound system upgrade. I chatted with him and ordered a replacement A/V receiver to replace our failed 14+ year old system. Fortunately he ascertained our speakers were fine and they really didn't have to replaced at this time. The replacement receiver arrived, Jonathan arrived and the it was bad ... bummer. Together we went over what to reorder including a new sub-woofer to accommodate the replacement Denon A/V receiver. 10 days later it had still not arrived and got lost in transit. Time me a break. Jonathan gave me a quote to relocate a 2019 55 inch TCL TV, full motion Sanus TV mount and OTA antenna from my front room to my bedroom. Jonathan and Henry came out to mount my Samsung frame TV (64in) after six months of waiting for us to actually buy the TV. I had delayed them three times and they were super patient with me about the whole process. The TV came with its own flush mount but the TV itself comes with a control box that's not easy to hide, which we didn't know about before we bought it. Jonathan explained why we couldn't use the included mount without an unsightly box and it made perfect sense, so we purchased their mount which is also a very nice slim mounted post install tilting one, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the entire process. I felt like the price was more than fair for the work they did mounting it on the shiplap. They even cleaned the TV and ensured it worked properly before leaving and cleaned up behind themselves.
