Because of their effort (working as a team) to achieve greatness, everything just keeps getting better. The organization operates as smooth as a Singer sewing machine. They have so much to offer, not the least of which is the quick service when I have a medical issue. Their website and member portal are a huge plus. I recently described a medical issue using the member portal. In only a few minutes I received a call from Dr. Herbst, who questioned me and diagnosed the problem; then she suggested what to do if the proposed remedy did not work. Problem solved. Other issues that normally require going to a specialist were handled in house. The Salt Health model is unlike any other medical facility I have seen. It should be replicated around the world.

You said yourself that you heard everything and watched her hang up on me. Good job. My guess is that it isn't the first time today she's been rude to a patient. You're twice as much to blame as her. If it weren't for Dr. Dillard I would've stopped coming there years ago due to the rude and inefficient staff. The whole place needs a training video. In the meantime I'll be looking for a new PCP. I hope your clinic won't take this review lightly. You just lost a 10 year patient (and their family) that would drive over an hour to see you. I'll be sure to spread the word elsewhere.

However, the…read morereceptionist at the Fayetteville clinic and the lack of response has made us all change clinics. I 100% understand and agree with the 15 minute late policy. I was meeting my son for his appointment, and told them he was on the way and we would check in once he arrived. He was coming from school, and around the time of dismissal it began to pour. He is a brand new driver, so it took him much longer than anticipated. I was watching his tracking and kept the receptionist updated. At 13 minutes late he pulled into the lot. He got out of his car, ran across the lot, and was standing right outside the door (dripping wet) when she announced to me that they would have to reschedule. I told her he is right outside the door, and we were fine with making his session 15 minutes shorter. There was no intention to make the next appointment late. I also understand the policy, but 30 seconds "too late" after he had ran from his car. I reported this and never got a response. I cancelled the rest of his sessions, and we have found a wonderful new place. I also know their policy is not that inflexible. I am rarely late to anything, but one time I hit some crazy traffic on my way to the Springdale clinic and I was over 15 mins late. The therapist still took me and we cut our session short. I just don't tolerate rudeness or lack of compassion, and therefore we will not be returning.

Dr Brindha is AMAZING and not your average alternative health physician. She is so knowledgeable…read moreand it's no surprise that patients are raving about her. I was recommended by a friend that had experienced tremendous results after seeing her. First let me start off by saying I was very skeptical of the AO scan but within the first 15 mins of my appointment I was shocked by how in-depth the scan really was! She puts a headset on your temple and the scan starts reading your body. It doesn't hurt, it's just a sound you hear. You can watch the TV monitor as it goes through your body showing you the tissues, cells, all of it! After the scan is done, she goes over it and talks to you. She spends 1 full hour with you...I've NEVER spent more than 20 mins with a doctor before!! She can see what the underlying root cause of whatever problem you're having is. She was able to see so much that I wasn't even aware of. After reviewing the scan she creates a treatment plan with recommendations on foods to eat, foods to avoid, exercises to start doing, and supplements to take. She even has the supplements in house so you can get started right away! Within about 3-4 weeks, my health improved drastically!! When my follow up visit came around I was anxious to see what my new scan showed and it was so much better!! I honestly don't know what I would have done if I didn't stumble across her! She has changed my life and ever since I went to her, I have flown my daughter in to see her ( which she had life changing results as well ) and another friend.
