This a paper manufactures coupon with a barcode, not a mail in rebate. They are 2 entirely different things. The cashier I later learned was the manager. I've been couponing for 20 years and their lack of knowledge of the difference between the two was shocking. They told me they don't take coupons as they don't scan and they did try to scan it. Overall I left, I'll take my business elsewhere. Never had any issues using these coupons at Target etc. seems their computer software isn't up to date.
