I was going to go to the bank which is further away, but needed to be home ASAP because my husband has a terminal disease & I can't leave him for very long. I went to the self check out thinking I could get cash from that machine after i paid for my items, cause I noticed it was very busy & didn't want to disturb the clerk, Kara. I didn't realize I couldn't do that so I pushed the help button. She started screaming at me from over 2 checkout lanes, that I couldn't use cash on that machine. Everyone turned around to look at me, I felt like I was a criminal. I did nothing wrong because I didn't know that. So I stood in line at her checkout behind a lady & her son & she was as sweet as pie to them, even though they're cart was full to the top. I waited patiently & said I was sorry she was the only cashier there during a Holiday weekend. It didn't change her horrible demeanor towards me. I was so shook up....I will go elsewhere to spend my money. Target is lowering there prices & I can receive 5% discount paying for my groceries there. I don't know why they put only one clerk on duty especially on a Holiday weekend? I hope Kara can get some help for her stress & anger issues or a different unstressful job.

The staff are always so friendly and helpful, and the specialty foods they stock their shelves with are sooooo good and 3x less than other stores! Just had to give a shout out to all the staff working today. It was so busy with Christmas only a week away. These employees were working their butts off. The younger girl stocking produce was a beast! Those boxes are heavy and this girl was tackling through a pallet like no one's business! The middle aged woman who was shopping for on line costumer was so efficient! I swear she filled 3 carts and took them out by the time I finished my shopping! The 70's looking young man at the checkout kept this line moving along with being kind. I hate grocery shopping! I mean hate it, but when you go to a store where the employees know what they're doing, friendly, and working their butts off you can't help but feel thankful!!!
