They hold the products ready for you even on a phone call, it's easy for just pick up at the counter when you run short on shopping time. First, I go to pick up the items at the store. When I received my order I found out that they did not fill my order correctly. I was shorted four items. When I asked about it I was treated like I did something wrong. Then I found out I was TRIPLE billed for the items I purchased. When we called customer service (and I use that term loosely) they were extremely rude to us. I will never use this company again.

The entire smoothie was now on my lap and in the brisk beginnings of spring time, I can say that I was cold. With the sheer embarrassment of pink goop on my lap, I wasn't gonna walk in for a replacement. Instead I drove home with frozen, sticky laps until I could shower and clean out my car. I again asserted that I didn't want to renew, he rounded up my order by $.02 for a donation of some sort (I'm guessing this is an internal, tracked metric). It's just two cents but obviously contributed to a negative experience. Employee then angrily told me my total. These guys need to learn the balance between increasing sales and creating customer loyalty. Won't be returning.
