This is my go to store for all my nutrition needs. I usually buy vitamins for myself and the family. Love the staff, they are really helpful with the info of the products and they recommend accordingly. The collection of products is amazing and is always stocked well. They hold the products ready for you even on a phone call, it's easy for just pick up at the counter when you run short on shopping time. I have gone to this store a number of times. Most of the time I receive good service. However, I recently placed an online order. WHAT A NIGHTMARE. First, I go to pick up the items at the store. When I received my order I found out that they did not fill my order correctly. I was shorted four items. When I asked about it I was treated like I did something wrong. Then I found out I was TRIPLE billed for the items I purchased. When we called customer service (and I use that term loosely) they were extremely rude to us. On my way home, I decided to see what local retailers GNC and The Vitamin Shoppe offered. To my surprise, not only was the staff very helpful here but the prices were better than GNC. Like Amy C, I too typically buy from bodybuilding.com or amazon.com, but the personable service and the rewards program is enough to have me coming back to pick Chris and Vince's brain. With the rewards program, you often get coupons in the mail. On my most recent trip, I was able to grab some really good pre-workout mixes as well as some BCAAs. I usually buy my protein powder, supplements and vitamins online but the Vitamin Shoppe has recently filled in the gaps when I run out and need something in a pinch. Although they sell all the same products that are available on Bodybuilding.com and Amazon, their prices are significantly higher. However, I signed up for their rewards program and through that you can earn points with each purchase and get deals via email. Most recently, I received a coupon for 20% off my entire order which prompted me to stop in and stock up. Lastly, if I had to choose, I much prefer The Vitamin Shoppe to GNC as the store is much better organized and seems to offer much more. read more
