Time. I was so impressed during my 3rd or 4th visit that I complimented one of the staffers when I went up to the cash register with my stuff. This location is an absolute mess. There's a rare situation when I'm in the area for work, realize I forgot something and have to pop in. 'Popping in' means spending around an hour, since there are a ton of shoppers here and they keep ONE register open. Not great Hobby Lobby. Will avoid at all costs unless it's a dire situation.
