We contracted Peace of Mind Concierge service to clean our apartment when we were moving out. I…read morewould not recommend their services. They did a fair job cleaning the bathrooms and some of the kitchen, but they failed to clean much else, definitely not the move out clean we asked for, more like a light cleaning you would have done on a weekly basis. When I complained to the owner about the service, he said "sorry you were less than pleased, our cleaners said they did not miss anything". We paid a total of 6 hours of cleaning, split between 2 cleaners. What they did in 6 hours: Cleaned 2 bathrooms, swept the laundry room, cleaned part of the kitchen, picked up any large debris off the carpet in the living areas. (we had cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen earlier in the week, so they were not that dirty). What they failed to do: Clean the inside of the windows, Sweep inside the closets, dust all of the shelves in the closets, wipe out the kitchen cabinets, dust the baseboards, remove the cobwebs from the light fixtures & under the bartop, vacuum all of the carpet (I could still see outline of our area rugs until I vacuumed), clean the stove top (oven was done, so we told them not to do it again), move the stove and fridge to clean the sides and underneth. It took us 4 hours to clean everything they did not. My recommendation is to call anyone else but these guys.

It's such a relief to have such a clean house. They were professional and courteous, from the schedulers to the cleaner herself.
