The listing clearly stated it was sold by Best Buy and available at the Fox Point, WI store location. The same laptop retails for around $600 new. Before purchasing, I went to the store to inspect the laptop in person. It appeared to be in excellent condition and worked properly. However, when I attempted to purchase it in-store, it rang up at $485. Employees and the store manager refused to honor the website price, despite the SKU number matching exactly and the listing not stating "online only." I was incorrectly told it was sold by a third-party seller, which was false. I was then forced to purchase the laptop online while standing in the store. Just minutes later, I received confirmation that the laptop was ready for pickup -- the exact same laptop already sitting in the store. Later, when I returned to pick it up, an employee offered an additional $20 discount for the inconvenience if I returned and repurchased the laptop. After returning it, the store again could not sell it back to me at the correct price and told me I had to wait over 2.5 hours for it to be released back into inventory so I could repurchase it online again. During this entire process, I was repeatedly pressured to buy more expensive laptops with fewer features. I was also told I could only receive the additional $20 discount by applying for a Best Buy credit card. The employee began entering my information for a credit application without clearly explaining that my credit would be run. I find this extremely dishonest and unacceptable. In the end, I eventually repurchased the laptop online for the original $284.99 price, but the entire experience was frustrating, misleading, and handled very poorly from start to finish.

I thought their would be no problems since I bought there New Leaf insurance that states on their website that they cover motor framing and accidents. They sent a tech out and refuse coverage because they said the frame was bent. Crazy thing is this frame is all steel and it's just me and my wife and nobody hardly ever sits in that loveseat, anyways I paid all that money for insurance and they will not cover it. They contacted colders and yet they still have not contacted me back open claim sent a Better Business Bureau and still no reply. Worst customer service ever. New Leaf insurance coverage is a scam. If you do decide to buy something here do not get their insurance. It's worthless.

More recently, we came to look at dishwasher and fridge (two different occasions a few months apart). We had done a lot of research beforehand and visited a few other retailers prior to our visit. The salesman we encountered was friendly, but wanted to sell us a different brand than we requested and hardly wanted to show us the brand that interested us. In the end, we found better promotion and delivery prices elsewhere, but we'd still keep this place in mind.

I called that day and they said it had arrived the day before. Then finally the salesman called after I already found out. The Installation crew was great thankfully. A week later I called to request a service guy to take a look at the door as it doesn't close right. The guy told me their service people weren't in that day and that I should call their West Bend store. Again, the customer is expected to do the store's job. I would not recommend them. If I can't find a better store next time I need an appliance I will order it online and deal with the installation on my own. They provided no added value. BTW my oven was $4000 so one would expect at least average customer service.

No matter what the issue a representative for a company should never cause a customer to leave crying. It is showing for some reason that I am in California, but I am in Wisconsin. Just found out the salesperson that dealt with my daughter was named Landon, who coincidentally was the one who told me they would find out the name of the associate who did this to my daughter. To put in perspective: Home Depot installed the highest end Simonton windows possible with the specs requested and came in at around $7k installed. Which means that HomeSealed has excessive profits padded in. So...if you don't care about the money side, they might be perfectly fine to work with as a local outfit. EDIT: laminated was requested as a cost compare option, not a requirement. Even if laminated were a requirement, Home Depot's was still cheaper by over $3k. Fact is - as we said - HomeSealed is just priced higher because they don't use every manufacturer, they only use the ones they use, which tend to lean the higher cost. That's what we said: they might be fine at their job and you might want the best of whatever, maybe they're fine. BUT...if you're like 95% of homeowners who feel that significant pricing differences for basic things like colors is illogical, HomeSealed isn't for you.

Fast forward to Ricky at Garage Door Pro who went above and beyond to research for options outside of his normal network. He ended up finding a Harmonn model that fit the bill, which was more reasonably priced. The new supplier had a delay and shipping issues that weren't Ricky's fault but he constantly kept tab on things for us. After a couple of months, the door arrived and Ricky delivered/installed it within a week in less than 4 hours. It came with a fresh door track, trim and other parts. So far, we haven't had any issues and I don't anticipate any but we have a 90-day service warranty and 3 year product warranty. I would definitely recommend their price competitive, high quality services to others!
