We plan to call them for each stage of the process. We found them to be comparable price-wise, though in all honesty, I would have paid more (I ended up parlaying it into a tip). My job, even though time and date were confirmed, was somehow scheduled for a different day. Movers did not show as expected that morning. When I called the office, the issue was addressed and George and Hez were quickly assigned to my job. They arrived with smiles, hustle, and genuine care and concern for me and my belongings. Truly amazing guys. While the mix up with my move date and time was less than excellent, the customer service that happened in that moment to ensure my move happened that day made me a fan. It's not a flawless move that always makes people loyal customers. It's what happens to customers when things do not go as expected and what the company does to remedy the situation that creates forever fans.

We also went over the mileage predictions. On moving day, Joseph and Matt showed up with their truck and they busted their asses loading. I had everything pre-staged ready to go in about 40 boxes and they padded wrapped my furniture. They were done in just over an hour. Moving into my new place...just over an hour. Again, my old place although a 2300 sq/ft house had minimalist contents. The great news is Joseph's prediction on time and mileage was spot on and I had no damage to my possessions. No drop cloths were used anywhere, no shelving in 2 cabinets were secured so when they tipped them sideways the inside shelving went flying. I was quoted $554.25 for the move & was charged $898.60. I completed their survey after the move stating all of the above & have heard nothing back. No one picks up the phone number listed on their website. I even went in person to the office, saw the 2 movers who "moved" me, told them I need to speak with the owner, nothing but crickets.

K S." showed up on time and worked tirelessly until the job was done! They were polite and respectful of both properties. They handled my furniture with the same care that I personally would have taken and were professionals at all times. Even when faced with challenges, they problem solved and included me in the decision making process to ensure I was informed and aware of what was going on at all times Do not be fooled by the apparent youth of some of these employees; they are good! I never had to worry that my belongings were going to arrive safely. I never had to question anything they were doing. I even saved money by booking online 60 days before my move. That's just awesome! The only hiccup was in the planning phase. Because I booked online, and told them my inventory, their calculator didn't accurately anticipate the size of the move. Luckily, I moved to a location close enough to allow 2 back to back trips in a short amount of time. I talked to the company about this and found out that I could have asked for a site visit (or virtual site visit) to get super accuracy on my quote. They would have sent someone to visually check what I was moving to determine what size truck to send instead of estimating based on my reported inventory. Next time, I'll know! Still, hats off to College H. U. N. K. S. I highly recommend them! They are logisticians on a mission! I totally respect that!!!!

Pricing was fair and communication excellent. The movers were awesome. The 4 guys were able to haul a huge and heavy dresser up the stairs. It was a challenge, but the guys successfully transferred the dresser upstairs. They were careful with the dresser and walls.
