Such slow service for an urgent care, it was better when it was with Your Doc's In but now with Tidalhealth it sucks. Half the staff doesn't care or have any urgency. They were also very rude, didn't listen to any of the issues and aggressive. read more

Never been to a more lazy office, the receptionists were very rude and didn't act like they wanted to work. I went in for an ear infection and waited 2 1/2 hours to be seen, they couldn't try and estimate our wait either. As I went back I asked for another test to be done and was basically told to go somewhere else, I didn't know they could deny me medical treatment? I would give negative stars if I could read more

Office visit on Sunday 2/18/24 definitely try your hardest to see your pediatrician first, I had to go to the pediatrician the next day for my 9y/o son with persistent vomiting and stomach pain after being refused to get a prescription at your docs in. Provider's response was if he gets too bad, go to the E. R. The pediatrician gave my son a prescription for Zofran and doesn't understand why he did get one from Your Doc's In. I wasted time, money and my son could've been resting at home. I thought I was doing good trying to get my son treatment to help him feel better. He got a flu test (which they wouldn't have treated anyway) and well that's it. My son vomited again in the parking lot and when we got home. Been here several times in the past and had good experiences. The care and atmosphere seems different, I will definitely consider other options in the future. read more

If i could give negative f-ing stars i would. They advertise themselves as gp's to get people in the door then refuse to Treat or refer out for literally anything. How they havent been sued for malpractice on a daily badis i will never understand. My husband has seen 2 different useless do tors there and we paid for THE WORST MEDICAL TREATMENT EVER RECEIVED. Just had the worst medical visit at the South Salisbury office. My child was scared and in pain and was berated by the doctor for crying. No kindness, no compassion, just yelling and belittling. We will never go to this office again. read more

My husband who was very sick for the last 14 years passed away from complications of his second kidney transplant less than 2 weeks ago. On top of my grief I have lost the bulk of my household income and my Blue Cross Insurance and I am waiting for paperwork to start a new plan. I also have degenerative disk disease. I though I could see this doc temporarily to help with some a anxiety and back pain issues that I have been experiencing since my husband's death. After a very very brief examination. He sent me away with a muscle relaxer for muscle spasms even though we never discussed spasms. This medication makes you sluggish and is unusable during the day at all and does nothing for the temporary anxiety and pain that I am experiencing. Either the man was not listening to me, not believing me, or maybe his is just an A__H___ that really does not care about his patients. They charged me 100.00 dollars for nothing. PS He recommended I take ibuprofen for the pain even after I told him that donated a kidney in 2006 when my husband had his first transplant leaving me with only one. FACT: Ibuprofen is hard on the kidneys and I have been told by transplant specialists not to use it. I can not recommended this clinic or the the doctor (John Visioli). read more

I am so happy they opened a location on the south side of town! It is much more convenient for me and my family. It is a wonderful new facility and the staff was outstanding. During flu season it is nice to have another location to go to. Will definitely be returning! read more

I love the convenience that the south location provides, as it is very close to my house. I'm also happy that there was little to no wait the few times I have been seen. I'm prone to upper respiratory infections during the spring months, and I trust the staff here to treat me correctly and with respect. I have also had to take my oldest daughter there on a Sunday recently and she absolutely loved Crystal, who triaged her. She was great with her.
