He's an absolute pill, but we dealt with it because the ladies were pleasant and did a good job. Juan was consistently soliciting us to do *more work with them. We were supposed to have monthly cleaning. Frequently Juan would just *forget about us?* (and even SAID so) that sometimes it would go months between cleanings. There was NEVER a fixed day or time. When they would come, Juan called/txt me the night before and expect me to just drop what I have scheduled for the day and be available to them?? I suspect the issue might have been money. I'm retired and on fixed income. If Juan didn't wanted to do cleaning here he could have just said "not interested". Very surly on the phone. We also had deep cleaning which really wasn't all that different from regular cleaning, just cost a whole lot more. Oh well!

Kelly is easy to reach by text message and has been flexible with our schedule. My husband is a disabled veteran that struggles with PTSD. He stays home and does his best to clean up. Kelly comes in once every two weeks to help with the more detailed cleaning. When he is not doing well she was able to come in weekly. My husband does not really like having people over, so he was skeptical at first when I suggested getting a house cleaner. He likes Kelly and doesn't mind her being in our house cleaning. Kelly is also great with pets and my dog absolutely loves her.
