Gabby uses the room with the lowest to the floor table and gently gets my mom comfortably on the tables ready for her new lashes. Honestly I cried. She was like a happy kid! On my drive home, I lost several lashes on my right lash line. Throughout the next two weeks, I continued to lose lashes rapidly from the right side. By the time I returned for my fill (after two weeks) there were very few lashes left on my right side and my left side still looked ok. Customer Service Review: I made a fill appointment (in person) on the day I got my lashes for two weeks later (today). Since I did not reply to the overload of calls, texts and emails, they cancelled my appointment. I made the appointment in person...I should not have to make an extra effort to confirm it again. The receptionist was very unapologetic. He said I can only be "fit in," but that it would be a wait. I made an appointment so I would not have to wait. I walked out of the business and will not return. So, overall, I DO NOT recommend giving business to Eye Envy- Lash & Brow Bar. Their reply only proves that they aren't nice people. Thank you.
