Gabby is the most amazing stylist. But this puts her in the beautiful people categor. My beautiful 89 year old mother is "surprisingly vain " hahah I love it!! she wanted to come with her daughter ( that would be me) when I got my lashes filled and have her own set put on. It wasn't that simple. She has difficulty getting up on the table. With the utmost respect and kindness. Gabby uses the room with the lowest to the floor table and gently gets my mom comfortably on the tables ready for her new lashes. Honestly I cried. She was like a happy kid! So excited when she saw them!! We loved them for her! Thank you Gabby. You made our day. You are an amazing woman Gabby. I hope this company knows what a beautiful person she is. They lasted over a whole vacation with horseback riding, spas, pools etc and are still here 2 weeks later and look good. They are definitely more expensive than when I went to a private lash lady but there is a lot more availability.

On my drive home, I lost several lashes on my right lash line. Throughout the next two weeks, I continued to lose lashes rapidly from the right side. Customer Service Review: I made a fill appointment (in person) on the day I got my lashes for two weeks later (today). Since I did not reply to the overload of calls, texts and emails, they cancelled my appointment. I made the appointment in person...I should not have to make an extra effort to confirm it again. The receptionist was very unapologetic. He said I can only be "fit in," but that it would be a wait. I made an appointment so I would not have to wait. I walked out of the business and will not return. So, overall, I DO NOT recommend giving business to Eye Envy- Lash & Brow Bar. Their reply only proves that they aren't nice people. Thank you.
