Despite numerous requests for professionalism and respect, James went out of his way to sneak behind our backs and directly ignore us. James repeatedly entered the property without notifying any residents, conducted house tours without permission or advanced notice, and left external doors unlocked and ajar after leaving the property. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the situation, James refused to acknowledge our requests, and instead insulted the property (he called it "a dump"), insulted our character as tenants and as people, and refused to apologize or change his actions. I would NEVER recommend James Neal to anybody in any capacity - not as a realtor, a bussiness person, or a respectful human being.
