The restaurant also has a stark contrast between dim moody lighting around the bar to sterile almost garage lighting over the restaurant tables which KILLS the cool vibe of the other side. Once seated, you go up and order what you want. They ask for tip when you purchase your food, and I did not tip. It is the same as fast food. You order yourself, you have to grab your own silverware and napkins, you go to the bar when you're ready to order drinks although sometimes they do come around. I assumed I pay for food and tip for service at the end? I made a mistake by that I guess because the pizza actually took 45mins to an hour to come out. I went up to the bar to order drinks, they were served with no eye contact or words even spoken. Date & I planned to eat the first pizza with some drinks, chill, then order another to nibble and take home. By the time the 1st came out we were STARVING and already had a few drinks on an empty stomach. Even a group of 4 beside us came in, ate, and left before we even could!! We just ate the pizza, tipped $30 for the bar tab/service which wasn't great, and left. If you like your server, which I did, you realize after that you actually tipped bar service and not even your server. It is so confusing.
