We saw a sign for passion pools outside a neighbors house and contacted John immediately. John came and gave us an image of a dream backyard and we wanted to go with him as he was passionate, direct and to the point, but also kind and family oriented, and our dog loved him! But John said it was unlikely we would get a pool installed by him this summer, or anyone else. I persisted and challenged John to squeeze just one more pool in. By hiring a little more staff John was able to get us in! Although he would not be able to complete the rest of the yard until after the summer we would have a pool and that is all that mattered to us! John, his sidekick Bernadette (who is amazing!) and his team (who are all just as awesome!) showed up to start the digging! Everything was timely, clean and moving along smoothly. The day was here, the pool was being dropped in, due to hydro lines a crane arrived to drop the pool, only to tell John, sorry we won't do it anymore. John (who must have been beyond stressed) accepted the challenge and would not give up, he got a .... and after what should have been a 30 minute drop, spent 4 long hours craning the pool up down around and finally into a hole...that was too big?! The pool company had delivered the wrong pool! Yet another challenge but John stayed determined to right the situation and get our pool for us for the rest of the summer. The pool arrived 2 weeks later and John found a different crane company (obviously!) who removed the other pool and dropped the new perfect pool in place! Although there were many setbacks John and his team just worked harder to get our pool in as promised! They finished the job in a timely manner and we swam until October! Thank you John and passion pools family! You made Covid bearable and have given us so many wonderful memories already!

I am very disappointed with the service I received…read more I was given a service window of 8:00-9:00 AM, but the technicians did not arrive until 11:30 AM. During that time, there was no way to reach anyone directly by phone--only voicemail--and my messages were not returned. When the technicians finally arrived, they failed to add the necessary DE (earth) to my filter, which led to additional problems, including issues with my heater and an overheating pump. Because of the lack of communication, follow-up, and support, I had no choice but to contact another pool service company. They responded immediately, took the time to diagnose the problem properly, explained everything that was happening, and resolved the issue quickly. Unfortunately, my experience with this company was frustrating from start to finish, and I expected a much higher level of professionalism and customer service. Not recommended

He did not test it. since then they've charged me close to $2000 and I still have the problem. They just started replacing parts. They turned me over to aqua cal because pool doctor could not resolve the issue Aqua cow said the system is under warranty pool doctor says too bad you authorized us to replace these parts. rep asked me if the screen was clean. the warranty girl at pool Dr. told me, the screen would be clean. That's part of what happens when this new part was put in. I sent in another technician after firing pool Dr and he sent me pictures of the screen totally clogged. pool dr told me I have no recourse with them.I was treated like the adversary and definitely not as a customer at the time, I didn't know who Aqua cal was or I did not know what these parts did or how they worked this is in Cape Coral Florida. The warranty person expected me to totally understand the system. Amy told me in a mocking voice, sir, we just put the new part in the screen will be clean and I checked the next day and of course it was clogged. And the tone of her voice and the curt response had me shaking. I still don't have the problem resolved, and they left me hanging and they were paid for what they did. This is kind of a thanks for nothing but give me my money back and they are refusing.

No longer answered phone calls, and essentially ghosted the job. I would not consider hiring a thief. if you cannot fix the hot tub, at least have the courtesy to tel your paying customer instead of being a you know what and no longer respond to calls. $3000.00 of hard earned money gone. thanks for nothing.
