Shady business practices at best. Allowed seller to leave piles of trash inside and outside, and didn't disclose the list of broken faucets, permanent stains on rugs (covered) and in cabinets, broken sprinklers, and missing garage door openers. Communication between buyer realtor was poor and caused several delays in closing such as gaining access for appraisal and allowing the seller to be present during home inspection. Seller left dog feces, allowed the plants to die, and any replacements/fixes were not done by professionals. read more

I bought and sold a home with this company. We are pending litigation for many causes of action for major damages that could have and should have been avoided. When you hire a realtor you rely on their experience and knowledge. In fact, this company advertised just that "" If all I do is help you buy and sell your home I am not doing my job." "Personal Consultation. Vast experience and knowledge you can rely on." As of a couple of weeks from now; if you do a search at Placer County Superior Court there will be a detailed public record of how we were wronged by this company. I wish there was a zero star option. Hiring this company was by far the most financially devastating decision we have ever made in our entire lives.
