I feel a lot more comfortable with the sanitization and cleanliness of Love Nails as well. Johnny did my nails and he made sure I liked them through the various steps of the process and allowed me to ask for changes along the way. He worked off of a reference photo and did a great job replicating it. He also assured me that if I have any problems with my nails (chipping, etc.) that I should come back and they will take care of it for free. Prices are fair and you get $5 off if you pay in cash (they have an ATM). You can walk in, but I'd recommend making an appointment just so you don't have to wait as long if they're busy. I like to support a new local business, and they really are doing a great job! I'm sure I will be back.

They are very nice and welcoming and provide free refreshments as well! Aside from the staff, I would be careful when selecting their dip powder options. Personally, I have very thin nails and I turned to dip powder to provide a harder polish to help keep my nails sturdy. Unfortunately the dip powder that Serenity currently uses is Organic and turns out to be very thin causing nails to break very easily. I have seen several friends nail break from this powder as well. If I were to go back, I would stick to a gel polish or even regular just because the dip doesn't last like it should.
