I was quoted $250-$300 for a 2-story, 1,530 sqft home. I ended up paying $280 + $20 tip for their hard work. They came on time (even 15 minutes early), and got straight to work. They didn't ask any specific questions though about what needed to be cleaned, or ask me to walk through afterwards to see if anything was missed. They did a pretty decent job, but I wouldn't call it a deep cleaning-- carpet was vacuumed, but not shampooed; walls weren't cleaned, nor were baseboards, and wooden floor downstairs wasn't mopped or vacuumed. They cleaned the bathrooms, microwave, and oven, but I noticed a mess on the top ceiling of inside the oven still, although the sides and bottom were wiped clean. Altogether, they took about an hour to clean (about 10:45am to ~12:15pm), though they allocated 2-3 hours. They worked fast and hard, but I have some minor complaints, which could mean a world of difference depending on your situation (like moving out, or for preparing home for sale pictures). I appreciate them coming in today, and they saved me time and it looks and smells nice generally, but it wasn't necessarily a deep cleaning. Not super happy about the price and quality of their deep cleaning service. Edit: Also upon requesting a partial refund for services not rendered, she didn't respond back. So, I would avoid using this "company"-- their price difference is no different between this and a reputable company, and good luck trying to file a dispute.

We had a few email exchanges with Melissa over the next months and a phone call but never received any numbers. This year around March, my husband reached back out to them to do our yearly taxes. Melissa emailed us a few times answering some questions. For the past month, my husband and I have been uploading our tax documents into their platform without anyone from the office asking us penitent questions needed to complete our return. We still didn't know how much we were going to owe so we put our information into Turbotax to see an estimate and to make sure we were sending them everything they needed. A week before taxes were due, we asked them directly if they were going to have our taxes completed because we hadn't heard from anyone nor been asked anything about our different tax situations. We told them in the email that if they were unable to file in time, we could use Turbotax so we didn't receive a penalty but we wanted them to file them. I also told Elizabeth that it looked like we were going to owe a lot more than we expected next year because we failed to meet an exemption that we were unaware of before selling our home. I told her that I would have expected that to be something she told me during our first meeting because it makes a huge financial difference. Instead, of calling me to discuss the matter, Elizabeth sends us an email six days before taxes are due telling me that she is discontinuing our relationship because I questioned her integrity. She was also offended we had used Turbotax. The entire situation was unprofessional and immature.

We asked if we had to fill out the application form for our son in order to see the property. There was no humanness or concern. Just a flat "everyone over 18 must fill out the application" response. Seems like $195 non refundable application fee for mom, dad, and son is quite steep to just get an appointment to view the home. An online video is not the same as viewing the property and feeling the space in person to see if it will work for our needs during this extremely difficult time for our family. So sad so many businesses have fallen by the wayside when it comes to customer service and compassion for humanity. Truly hope you and your families never have to experience what our family is going through during this challenging time as we support our son as he battles stage 4 T-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Lymphoma/Leukemia. I can assure you that this is not a scam as we are literally at MUSC right now on the 10th floor with our son. We hope that other potential renters also see this note and lend a heed of caution to doing business with this rental company. I cannot stress what a difficult time this is for our family. Sorry that the devastating news of our son's diagnosis on April 17 seems like a scam to you and your company. But I cannot stress assure you that this is a very real and scary situation for us.
