She works slow and then makes excuses for not getting things done. She emptied about twenty moving boxes for me touting her "great work/ethic". She sent me out to buy needless containers to make "organization" better for me. When I returned from doing that hours later she had done nothing except put all box content on the floor in all rooms she emptied boxes. My husband was livid. Then she said she'd return the next day. She did not. When I asked her to return to finish the job -four days later - she showed up for four hours and I had to work right along side of her doing her job for her. What's worse is she billed me the full cost of her "professional organizational help"." While she was here she was tired, sluggish and was not at all what she represented on the phone. Word of advice. Don't chose this lady for anything. There are way more qualified organizers out there. Ask for proof of education a d references. She doesn't have them.

Been with them for years when a technician bypassed a motion sensor without our knowledge. Management simply said it was not there problem and offered nothing. We asked for some discounted extra motion sensors and were told it would increase our cost to monitor because of increased expenses on Alert's part, which is simply not true. Tried to profit off their error's. They have a few good people but management in Wichita is a joke.
