The installation caused visible property damage: a bare dirt patch approximately 4 feet by 6 feet where grass has been destroyed, and a pile of displaced soil left on-site. This damage is located in the front of my home, directly visible from the street and my front window. I contacted MEC the same day to request: (1) a written restoration plan, (2) a timeline for repairs, (3) identification of the responsible party, and (4) a direct contact for follow-up. The representative acknowledged the damage and promised that a supervisor or she would follow up with information within two days. As of this review, I have not received written confirmation, a restoration plan, or any timeline.

I hadn't checked here before the first visit, and Krysie's review scared me. I was worried that it would turn into a bit of a "he-said, he-said" issue, and that I would be left holding the bag for a product that didn't feel like what I had ordered. Well in the 2 years since Krysie's review, something must have changed. The staff not only listened and responded well, the manager quickly moved to correct the problem and to provide a resolution that was ideal--he ordered better stock and had the print job prepared again. The print looks great and I think they earn high marks for professionalism.
