Per the contract, they will give your down payment back minus the $75 admin fee. However, they have yet to give back the deposit. Recently we have had a very tough time moving our new to us boat from Florida up to the Great Lakes (Finally made it up, but we ended up doing it ourselves.) One June 11th my deposit was received by this company. On June 14th this company called to inform me that the quote and contract given and executed could not be met, because the cost of the move would be DOUBLE (not exaggerating) what our contract outlined. So, on June 14th both parties agreed this would not work and that my money would be fully refunded, minus a $75 fee. This was acceptable to me. Move forward 3 months, I have still not received my large deposit back. I have called this company over 24 times and sent a dozen emails requesting my deposit be refunded, as agreed on June 14th. Each time I get a different reason for the delay, but nothing ever happens. I have reached out to an attorney, which feels that we have a great case and could file in Bayfield County Wisconsin, to make this process even less palatable than court in Florida, where this business is located. The driver that showed up to transport our fifth wheel was unqualified to do the job. We needed to have our rig towed to an RV lot, leveled, and have pictures taken when it was done, a service youship4less assured me the driver would do. Well, the driver who showed up didn't know how to operate the jacks, and asked if he needed to open his truck tailgate to hitch up! I had sent him pictures of our lot and where I wanted the rig to go, but he hadn't even looked at them. He did not know he needed to verify shipment by sending pictures at delivery for placement and condition of rig. Nor did he seem able or willing to do so.
