The bar area, bowling, and restaurant all looked very clean and enjoyable. My niece and nephew enjoyed their races. The price points weren't bad. The racing was the best part but the laser tag was good too kind of quick. Came to Andretti in Buford for their F1 race viewing event and had an awesome time! Since the race was earlier in the morning they offered breakfast (which was actually really good!), bingo, and even gave out a game card for a free hour in the arcade. The race was shown on a huge screen, and the whole setup made it super fun to watch with other fans. The staff was great too, super friendly and on top of everything. After the race, we stuck around to check out the rest of the place. They have indoor karting, VRs, 7D experience, bowling, and of course, a massive arcade. There's so much to do here, you could easily spend the whole day. Definitely coming back, especially if they host more F1 events. Highly recommend! Bowling lanes were the lamest ever - more like circus bowling. They don't offer bowling shoes anymore and the limited selection of bowling balls suck. Karting was fun but the first race we couldn't even move because of all the red flags and wreck of immature drivers. Make sure you know everything you need to before you put your helmet on because you can't hear their instructions or the preprogrammed video they show before they go green flag. FYI - if you're a slower car and feel a few light taps on your rear bumper over and over then move over to the side for faster carts to pass or the aggressive drivers will push you to the side as they should. read more

We came here for a birthday celebration. The kids love it. The menu is not the best as the selections are pretty basic. I had the gluten free buffalo chicken pizza. I didn't enjoy it as it was mostly buffalo sauce with minimal amount of chicken. The crust also was not enjoyable. We have been to Andretti four times and always have a great time with my 4 year old loving the arcade games and the mini Mario cart area. The employees are really good and the place is so nice and clean and the bathrooms are always clean which is a big plus with a kid. They also in addition to gaming they have bowling, laser tag, Mario carting and so much more. We recently did our child's birthday there and overall was a good experience with them being accommodating with us picking where to sit and eat etc. Only wish they also provide cakes and balloons in the future for the guest to buy for the parties. They did have a sweets charcuterie board which we got and that was very nice. The kid meals were good though and we got food separately for the adults. We typically have a nice experience here. From time to time it does appear their machines don't recognize the cards or purchases for rides don't appear and we have to deal with crowded lines to handle the fiasco. The last time we went the staff served us the wrong tables meal which was similar to ours and my son had immediately started eating the kids chicken when we realized before they sat the second meal down it wasn't actually hours. Felt bad for the other table and the fact they forgot to bring a few things we requested with our meal but we had already experienced a long wait in the line for driving the cars we didn't make a big deal. The time before the last was was when we went for a party and they wouldn't let my son who was an inch over the height requirement drive with the birthday boy when we had just gone the previous sunday and he drove at a mutual fri end's party. the staff at the carts wouldn't even listen to our son and I was elsewhere and he had a complete meltdown so the manager gave him and the birthday boy a free drive card but it still ruined his opportunity to ride with the entire party. He has sensory/emotional health issues so the sensitivity of the staff and how they handled it at the time was inappropriate as they should have sought the manager to very the height or verified a second time vs rushing the party through making the entire experience less then fun. read more

This review for the **restaurant only**. I don't typically write reviews but felt compelled to do so after what I experienced tonight. Never have I seen so many people standing around, walking around, yet so little getting actually getting done. Our server finally came to our table after we've been waiting for 15 min. I ordered everything. Drinks didn't come out so I had to ask the host to order the drinks and he was nice enough to oblige. 30 min goes by. I haven't seen our server anywhere. Completely disappeared. There are tons of orders sitting there under a heat lamp. People looking like they're just waiting. For what? For the food to be ready? Well there it is! People keep coming and going into this employee entrance looking like they're busy doing something important but I wonder what. Finally our server appears to ask "how are we doing"? Huh? What about the food? She says she'll check on it. It was just sitting there under a heat lamp for god knows how long. Now all dried out. Advice to manage: get this place sorted out. Come up with efficient processes to get food out to people ASAP. Dedicated food runners who run our food as soon as it's ready. Something! Oh and the best employee there was the bartender. Go karts are really fun and fast. The track has a lot of twist and turns which makes it exciting. I do believe it's too pricey for the amount of race time you get. $30 for 5 mins is a bit steep for the experience. Arcade games have a bit of everything with old school gems as well as newer games. The "attractions" are probably the worst deal you get here. Having tried all them, I can say that they are all really underwhelming. Extremely kind staff, all willing to answer questions and help. Dinner was filled with detailed helpful staff. Everywhere I went there was staff that can always help. Go Karting was ok. The karts were a little slow, and the wheels are easily exposed to your feet. Tracks are a very short and races end quickly. Laser tag has to be my favorite attraction as it is very entertaining in a tiny space encouraging blasting people. There is a fair bit of walls to hid behind, though when I had played there was many more people on the red team than on the blue team. The place is very clean, though the screen on the Laser Tag blasters do have some dirt on them. Overall I would hugely recommend coming here especially if you live near by, as Andretti has tons of attractions such as Bowling, an Arcade, Laser Tag, and of course: Go Karting! My family spent most of the day here playing games and riding the go carts and things were going great until we were seated for dinner at 4:30PM. We had a very large group and was seated in the main eating area by the bar. Several tables were pushed together to accommodate us all. Our server was not attentive at all. One of the seats had sticky residue on it and I had stopped one of the workers and asked if she can have someone wipe it down, she answered me rudely and asked one of the other workers to do it. It seemed like they were all more interested in watching the game on TV then taking care of their customers. We started out with drinks and appetizers first, my husband and I were skipped and our waitress never came back to see if we wanted anything to drink. She did come back about 20 mins later to pass out everyone's else's drink and brought a few appetizers. Once orders were finally placed at 5:15PM, our food started coming out but instead of them coming out at the same time, they all came at different times. One of the kids in our group didn't even get his food til the very end after one had already finished eating. We never got any refills and our waitress never checked to make sure we were ok. We did laser tag, a race (which is basically on TWO LEVELS!!), VR, and the 7D experience which WOW!! They had food which I didn't have at the time, but the rest seemed happy about it in our group lol. They just opened up I believe, and saw them next door when we went to Top Golf previously. My nephew celebrated his birthday at Andretti recently and believe it or not this was my first time visiting the establishment. I've heard of it but never visited since I'm not really interested in video games. My family said a few times that this location is 10x better than the Marietta location. It was very clean, had employees by the doors greeting you as you entered and exited which was pretty cool. Note. outside beverages are not allowed inside. I was mainly here to celebrate my nephew; I didn't participate in the racing or video games, but my family all commented that they had a fun time. I sat in the bar area which is very comfortable and has lots of TVs playing different sport programs. The server Chase was very helpful, attentive and checked on our party periodically. Even though I'm not really into games I would visit again and see this being a great date night spot.   I ordered panko breaded shrimp ($18) with fries, mashed potatoes, and broccoli, an Irish Mule $11.25, and a ginger ale $2.95. I just realized as I'm typing this review that I didn't get my order of mashed potatoes, LOL. I was surprised by how tasty the food was and there was a full menu, not just bar food. My Irish Mule was not good, next time I would order a basic drink. There was an 10% gratuity added since we had a large party, no big deal for me because I tip 20% or higher so added a little extra since the service was good.   Very large spot with laser tag, loads of video games, a 3D game, indoor karting, and a bar area. My daughter and I stopped in to check this place out. We were loyal to the Marietta location but the Buford location is a little closer so we were trying to see if this place was worth it or would we continue our drive to Marietta. This place is extremely large. We went on Sunday afternoon and it wasn't too bad. Not crowded at all. In fact the place was empty. The staff at the check in counter were extremely friendly and very helpfully. My daughter and I were only interested in Karting... my food experience with Andretti's hasn't been the best so we alway plan on eating afterwards. We will eventually visit again and partake in the dining experience to give our review. We had about twenty minutes before our race started so we walked around to look at the place. It's pretty impressive and spread out. I stopped by the bar to have an adult beverage while we waited for our race. I was a little disappointed as the waiter was so focused on his cellphone that he didn't realize I was standing there. I had to yell just to get his attention. Let me clear this up, I was not yelling at him but yelling because this place is a little on the loud side. I mean I get it, there were only about 20 of us in the entire building so I am sure he was board. I was the only person at the bar. He apologized as he said he honestly did not see me. I understood and let him know it was okay. The Karting experience did not disappoint. We loved the two story track and we especially love how the karting area is isolated from the rest of the building. There is also an observation area on the top and lower floor of the facility. We throughly enjoyed ourselves. We will most certainly return and this time we will have food. When we do, Ill update the review. I came here for a date night on a Saturday night around 9pm. We decided to do the go cart racing and laser tag. The race was really fun. I was surprised at how fast they went. I had a really good time. However, I didn't see them sanitize the helmets, which bothered me a little bit. Laser tag was ok, I felt they should coordinate times so it's more than just two people playing. This was my case because no one else showed up to play when we did. There was a good selection of games. I was happy I saw some new games that other places didn't have. We stopped by the bar for drinks. The bartender was really nice, however cleanliness wasn't a top priority. She didn't wipe down the bar nor the chair that was wet. We had to ask and then she kinda just gave us the rag to do it. This was our first time to Andretti, the facility is world class and is designed well and has a very energetic vibe. The location is very convenient with a lot of free parking. We took advantage of the family membership and purchased the rookie adventure package which included 7D theater motion ride , Hologate VR and $10 Game Card for $28.95. We also purchased karting passes, even with membership was a little steep. The cost for a 7 minute heat ($25.95 member) is the equivalent of a movie ticket and a small snack. We enjoyed the 7D (Zombies) but my laser gun was out of alignment so it was hard to hit my targets we had fun nonetheless. The VR experience was very good even after waiting for the tech to come and resolve an issues with the headset not displaying the simulation and the audio in one of my ear piece still had a short so it was not as immersive as it should be but we played on anyways. There is a good mix of game machines but personally I think there is too much real estate dedicated to the ticket game machines. Thankfully they had a Minecraft dungeons games for my kids to play. We did encounter a skee ball machine that did not work. The kart track is indoors and the cars are electric. One negative is the tracks are a little narrow for passing, in the safety briefing video prior to your race they tell you it's about getting the best lap time, this can be difficult if the person in front can't drive and slows down the track, so it is probably best to go on a day in the week when there might be less people on the track. It would be nice if they offered private heats. We ate at the onsite restaurant and that was a let down. For what they charge I expected better from the food. The classic burger looked nothing like the picture, it was tepid, dry and lacked flavor even with the upgraded ghost pepper Jack cheese. I ordered onion rings and it tasted stale and lacked crunch. The Andretti platter was just as bad, the salsa was not fresh like shown in the picture but looked and tasted like something from a jar. The potato skins tasted reheated. The only redeeming item was the wings, while small tasted good and the tortilla chips and upgraded queso was good. We also had a margherita pizza and that was good but not great. Lastly we purchased sides of fries and Mac and cheese both tasted excellent but the portion size which was a 10oz cup for the Mac & cheese at $6 was just ridiculous.The restrooms near the bowling lanes were dirty and needed to be cleaned. The staff were hit or miss. From my observation some staff members were rough around the edges and had no business interacting with the general public and would rather be elsewhere and some behaved more professionally than others. Shout out to Zac in the restaurant and David at the 7D booth they both were enthusiastic about their jobs and it was a pleasure interacting with them. In conclusion, the facilities are excellent however there is much room for improvement with regards to food, staff and value. read more

This place is really nice compared to the old alpharetta andrettis location! I thought it was big and spacious! It didnt feel heavily crowded ! They have a full bar and plenty of food options. My 4 year old daughter absolutely loved the mario kart experience and my 8 year old loved the main attraction to race! My family and I came here on Saturday, June 10, 2023. After hours of arcade games and 2 rounds of go cart racing. We decided to dine in., because it was convenient. This was all of our first time dining in at one of Andretti's restaurants, as we often visit this place regularly and have not tried the dining experience. We got seated around 4:30 in the main dining room next to the bar. All I have to say is... the whole experience since we got seated was a waiting game. Our food came out at separate times... members in my family didn't even get their food til the very end, and it was because we kept asking when. At one point, my brother even stood up to go ask about when a few of our kids would get their food. I understand, we came in a large group of 18., around my table area, we order 3 orders of the chicken wings, and they all came out 30mins apart (I don't understand this). The waitress was not attentive. Our water was not refilled. We waited about 30 mins plus to check out... I finally made a complaint to a gentleman who was walking pass... the whole experience was very unsatisfactory, unsympathetic... and I am upset. To have to keep asking and waiting.... We also did the version of bowling which was fun though pretty price at $50 for an hour...which only gave us 1.5 games. But the service just isn't good. One time we waited on the waiter to come back and he never did. Today I had to wait for at least 10 minutes for them to find our waitress in order to pay. So I will try to be as reasonable with my review as possible so it doesn't get pushed off as complaining. The place is very impressive and has many different options for entertainment to appeal to all different groups sizes. It was very clean and very well staffed even for a busy Saturday. I loved the track viewing areas and the overall design of the complex. Now for the criticism. The employees and customer service is meh. No one is happy to be there. It felt like a county fair where we are just shuffled through as quickly as possible. They make it point to yell at you to stand up at the end of the race. I get it, but it felt cold and rude. The adult karting experience is kinda broken. Safety is extremely important, I understand, and I am not discounting the priority here. However, you are beholden to the worst person on the course for your entire experience. If they wreck, everything gets slowed to a halt. If they ride in the middle, everything gets slowed to a halt. If a couple wants to ride next to each other, everything gets slowed to a halt. There is excessive speed management by the track staff at every turn. They will turn your kart off and leave you stuck to get passed by someone else who wasn't picked to slow. The course design is such that you will be taking turns at a decent speed and the course monitors get to define whether you are going the right speed or not. I did not enjoy the experience. I was placed in the last car, which is terrible, just terrible. More than half of the race was spent getting stopped or slowed down. Here are my constructive ideas: Everyone should have a solo lap at the end of the race. Each lap takes 30 seconds. This will be a max of three extra minutes per race for 10 drivers. They extol about how this isn't a race, but a demonstration of a "best lap". Well this fixes this situation and would have made it feel like it made up for the number of times we were stopped because of other drivers. There should be a day where people who run faster laps can race with others that can handle the course better than the average participant. I would say "adults only" but my 15 year old drove better than some of the fully grown adults on the course. If you can register a waiver, you can register a lap time. I would come back and race with others when we weren't speed limited every 20 seconds. You have a curve where it is suggested that you brake. This is where most people are getting cut off. Take this curve out of your design. If you can't design a course for people to go fast. Remove the areas where people are forced to slow to a stop. I would not recommend this to anyone in its current state. Too expensive and the value is not there. read more

This review is about Andretti's casual dining restaurant inside the Game Center. The food wasn't good at all. We settled because we were hungry at the time and ready to get a quick bite. I shared with the server how burnt my potato skins were and she was shocked as if she didn't see it. She didn't offer to replace them with fresh ones or report to manager regarding my dissatisfaction. The wings were small and hard and tasted like they were freezer burned as well. The salsa was very bitter. My children's cheese pizza was nasty and didn't look appealing at all. The food was over priced and I wasted $50 eating there. We won't eat there again!
