Would give zero stars if I could and that is a compliment.My kid is adhd meaning hyperactive,places like this are made for solutions. A place to exercise and play and for parents to not have to worry.I understand I signed a waiver,for equipment liability and fights from kid to kid. What I did not expect was to have an incident with the staff and my kid!. My kid (who is under the age of 10),came to me crying with a red ear,bright red. And staff followed behind him with an ice pack. I asked what happened and they said not only did he fall and hit his ear,it was because the STAFF member pushed him. I asked my son if his head hurt,he said no just his ear.so then I went to the staff member in question and asked what happened (with a family member overhearing on the phone).He said "I pushed him off of me on the STAIRS and he fell BACKWARDS and hit his ear". Granted ok let's be more specific. My son is under the age of seven for privacy reasons I won't say exact age. This staff member was in his twenties pushing a child. Medium length curly blonde/brown hair slim build white man about 5'8.On the stairs. The manager then showed me the video and in the video my son and another kid were playing with this staff member on the stairs like a tug of war game. Completely inappropriate to play on the stairs.in the video my son was trying to get the man's attention and instead of redirecting my son,or calling for somebody to get him to stop playing on the stairs,he pushed him. These are not the kind of people that should work with children. I've known amazing people who work with kids who would run into traffic to protect a child from getting hurt, this was not that. We had a great time. I'm so glad this place is finally open. I think it's been open over a year and I'm not too sure but I remember when they were in the process of building it and I really wanted to have my child's party here but it didn't get to happen AnyWho we got invited to a kids party here and we had an amazing time. This place is huge. It was a lot of activities to do for all ages if you ask me from toddlers to teens to even high school kids just a day of fun. The staff was pretty much all high school students, which is pretty good because who know kids better than kids sometimes in certain circumstances. We had a party room for about two hours. The food was a no go for me. Absolutely they had pizza not too sure what else was on the menu because after the pizza issue, we weren't no longer interested in seeing what they had to offer at this point we just wanted to play and eat cake that we brought in from an outside. I highly recommend you to bring your kids here. It was very clean a good way to tire the kids out. read more

We visited during their soft opening and were disappointed with our experience at Pokiddo in Duluth. My daughter got hurt while we were there and there was no staff around at the time. When I asked for an incident report, they didn't even have one available until I kept pushing for it even though their own waiver clearly says one must be filled out before leaving. So, I expected that process to be in place. I won't go into all the details, but the only positive was that I did receive a full refund. Still, safety and accountability should always come first. read more

Spacious play area with plenty of shoe racks. From Claw machines, zip line, jumping, ropes course, go karts, climbing, to sliding. There are so many options to play freely. Adults have chairs to sit throughout the play areas. There are snacks and drinks as well. They also have party packages available. The party rooms are super cute! Arrived when they opened and it was a small manageable crowd. Place is clean and each attraction station equipment was working. I brought the $45.99 pass to experience it all. I like that you're not held hostage to stay confined to the location the whole time. It's a full day pass so you can come and go as you please for a break with the kiddies to do something else in the area. Cons: No lockers- just open cubbies, so don't bring valuables if you plan to engage with your kids. I had to lock my wallet and keys at the front desk so I could play too. Staff was very nice about it but I shouldn't have to put them in that position to consider that for me. Food is, ehhh...but I don't have high expectations for food in a place for kids. I did love the quality of the cups! Staff: they are new and we went when they just opened up for the day. Staff needs to be at every play station ready to receive kids and assist. We didn't get a chance on the spinning bike or climbing wall- no staff in sight for those attractions when we first got there and later the big crowd came so, there's that. Sizing: to put it politely, be culturally aware of the founders/area and be realistic with yourself and kids! The cars, zip line and spinning bike are petite person friendly! This place is amazing! The play structure, slides, interactive screen, go carts, 365 bike and other attractions make the price point for the galactic pink wristband worth it for the hours of fun. My son says he enjoys that he doesn't get bored because he can repeat and switch back to any attraction for as long as his body allows it. I would say this place is more catered to older kids (6+) and adults as many attractions are physically demanding and require them to know how to be safe. There is not always an employee monitoring each attraction (they're not spread out through the play structure, no one is at the steep blue slide, no one was at the Velcro station, etc.) so it's play at your own risk. I also love that even though there are many patrons, as there are many attractions, it doesn't feel crowded. There are not many lines to wait in to do a favorite attraction. I'm so glad this place opened in Duluth! read more

Not the place for a POor KIDDO. Prices are very high and they make you buy POKIDDO SOCKS. They will not allow other company non grip socks. We were shocked at the price point for this facility. Adults have to pay 50% of the price to supervise their children and also required to wear socks/buy their socks. Bathrooms are filthy with fecal matter everywhere. I did not see anyone cleaning. There is minimal supervision of slides and structures (hence why adults need to pay to supervise their kids). Multiple times, I found trash and sharp objects in the play structures and cleaned them before children got hurt. There are some structures that are rigid/sharp and a couple children in our group had to get bandaids/patches. It is a fun way to spend time but the price point is not worth it. read more

Great adventure trampoline park and fun center for the kids. This place is packed and I can see why. The kids have a blast here and the vibe is positive. Look to spend 2-5 hours. The prices are a little high but the quality is there. I recommend the higher tier if you want your child to enjoy the obstacle courses of which there are several choices for skill level. 5 stars and thanks! read more

Disappointed by our experience at Pokiddo. My 15-year-old son with autism was not allowed to participate because he would not wear socks due to sensory sensitivities related to his disability. I understand businesses have safety and hygiene policies, but there should also be consideration and reasonable accommodations for neurodivergent children and teens. Many individuals with autism struggle with clothing textures and sensory triggers, including socks. Inclusive businesses recognize that equal access sometimes requires flexibility and compassion. I hope Pokiddo reviews its policies and staff training to better support families and children with disabilities moving forward. read more

I cannot recommend this location for families. The most immediate issue was the strong smell of marijuana throughout the facility, which is completely unacceptable for a children's play center. Beyond the environment, we noticed several safety hazards on the attractions that didn't seem properly supervised or maintained. To make matters worse, the pricing is very high for the experience provided, and they trap you into long-term memberships. I found it nearly impossible to cancel, and they bury the "minimum commitment" terms in the fine print. Save your money and take your kids somewhere that actually prioritizes safety and professional standards. read more

My family and friends went to your Duluth GA location for my son's birthday. There was an Asian boy (maybe 17 years old) in charge of the zipline harness. He was yelling and pulling on the children. He was grabbing the little girls very hard and being so impatient and mean to them. I happened to be in line with my children. I asked the boy if he needed a break because he was clearly frustrated. He rolled his eyes and continued being aggressive with the children. Most of these kids were under 10. First off, if he doesn't have the skill to deal with children, he should be working elsewhere. Secondly, he was moving so fast, he may not have buckled these kids in properly. It seemed as if he was only being this way with the black and brown children. I called the manager over. He did not remove the worker. He only stayed up there with him. However, I did not see a change in his behavior. This is a major violation and problem. We paid over $200 for this experience. Children being abused and mishandled in that manner is unacceptable. No matter what the price is, no child should have to endure this at a play place. Most rides and attractions do not allow the parents to stay with the children. You would like to think that the workers and management cares about their safety. I would not go here unless your child is over 10 and/ or you can monitor them at every ride. read more
